A terrible experience at the Prince des Cimes reception, where we were made to wait over 5 hours in the lobby. Bad luck? A cleaning issue that supposedly only affected our rental… yet we've been loyal customers of the resort for 15 years and paid €90 for the preferred location… we felt truly mistreated

Great place but the jacuzzi was really quite cold
