I spent a week at this hotel. Absolutely fantastic, nothing to complain about.

- The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and provided lots of helpful information for our stay.

- The room for 6 was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed.

- The hammam and sauna were superb.

- An activity pass is provided for stays of at least 7 days, granting access to the resort's cinema, ski lifts, and many other activities.

I highly recommend this hotel, which is very well located.

A two-week stay at the Amara, an excellent 5-star residence. The value for money is remarkable; you truly feel at home. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking.

The only slight drawback: the parking lot isn't suitable for low-clearance vehicles, so I had to park in a higher lot.

A perfect stay. The resort is ideal for a family holiday in the summer. The apartment is very comfortable, although the sofa and mattresses were a bit worn. The pool is great, and the staff are very friendly. And the view from our apartment was magical.

The resort is magnificent. The Amara building is equally so. Unfortunately, it's far too noisy. Our apartment has poor soundproofing (we share the lives of our neighbors: children screaming day and night, furniture being moved, people coming and going above our rooms... people calling to each other at all hours on the residence's esplanade, the racket during garbage collection). It's summer, and the windows are open.
I regret the lack of consideration shown by the other residents.

The positives: very good quality bedding. The fitness room is nice, special mention for the Deep Nature spa (extra charge).

The negatives: the sofa is unbearable; the cushions don't stay in place.

Several points need addressing; the setting isn't everything.
The sliding bathroom door doesn't open, or opens very poorly, once locked (I was stuck inside for 20 minutes).
The spa massage costs €90 for 45 minutes, but I only had a 30-minute massage. Given the average French person's purchasing power, respecting the stated time seems obvious.
The site access is very poorly signposted; we drove around three times before finding the reception. It's a reception for several neighborhoods, located in the middle of the residences, not at the foot of the building. (If no one points it out, you can search for a long time)
It's impossible to drive up to the residence, so you have to lug your suitcases a very long way (the only free parking is at the village entrance), and there are multiple barriers blocking vehicle access.

The reception staff are very young and inexperienced.

Overall, you need to have stayed here before to better understand the access conditions; otherwise, it's a real hassle.

The rooms are fine, except for the issue with the door that doesn't open (or opens very poorly).
