Very disappointed with my stay – significant noise

I am currently staying at the Pierre & Vacances Saskia Falaise residence in Avoriaz and I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

The noise from other guests is very significant throughout the day, especially well after midnight and from 7:00 am onwards: footsteps, slamming doors, furniture being dragged across the floor, objects being dropped or moved… This noise is constant and makes the nights particularly difficult.

I have made two complaints to reception, but unfortunately, no improvement has been observed. The problem persists despite my reports.

I find this very regrettable for an establishment of this category, especially when you come on holiday to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.

At this point, I do not recommend this establishment if you are looking for a relaxing stay and a minimum of tranquility. The management of noise and the handling of guest complaints clearly need improvement.
