A VERY PLEASANT experience! We will return 100%.
The apartment we stayed in was on the 4th floor and had views of the pool.
The only drawback I could make is the cleaning since there was a lot of dust in general, but nothing that can't be fixed with a damp cloth, which given that there were almost no people can be understood and there is no extractor in the kitchen.
The location is unbeatable!!

Good morning, we stayed two nights and we didn't have hot water on Thursday and Friday, no one told us anything. Thursday the reception was closed and they did not answer the contact phone. They could have had the detail to at least notify. I think it is very necessary to be able to shower.
The location is good because you are close to restaurants and the center. The kitchen is quite well equipped and acceptable cleanliness. We marched disgusted by the issue of water.

However, we informed all guests upon arrival about the ongoing maintenance, and an unexpected issue occurred during that time. The reception was open on Thursday, and notices were posted to inform guests about the complications. The issue was resolved by Friday afternoon.

Very good establishment with very reasonable prices and great value for money. Very well located 5 minutes walk from the center and on the banks of the Ariège. Camille who manages the reception is absolutely adorable and will take great care of you. In short, I recommend with my eyes closed

Well-located residence. Towels and sheets are provided, a big plus compared to the Néméa residence, which is opposite the cable car and charges for everything.
