Disappointed! As regular visitors to Pierre et Vacances, we were disappointed.

First of all, WiFi that doesn’t work.

Then in the kitchen, the dishwasher does not clean, so dirty cutlery that must be re-washed by hand, you might as well not use a dishwasher.
The Vacuum Cleaner does not suck; it is also very old, perhaps in need of replacement?
The hotplates are so old that you have to wait a good 30 minutes before heating the water.

Overall there is absolutely no insulation, you can hear everything, especially in the corridor with people who don't respect others and who shout. Great next to the room where the kids sleep…

Be careful, it's impossible to park in the area, only in the paid parking lot, so almost an obligation even though it shouldn't be.

Concerning the bathroom. The bathtub is damaged, perhaps consider repainting or replacing the bathtub. In addition, the sink drain is broken, we had to remove it otherwise the water would not drain.

In short, a very average aparthotel for a Pierre et Vacances. Only the view of the sea in the distance was good. And the receptionists who were pleasant and knowledgeable.

very nice location, in the middle of Juan les pins and Antibes, only positive point. The Lavandes residence is dated, a refresh would not be superfluous. Dishwasher broken upon arrival, and sink clogged. Only outlet in the bathroom that doesn't work, coffee machine (50 minutes for 2 cups).... No means of cleaning, neither broom nor vacuum cleaner (for a week, the dust is inevitably present).

Recommended residence. Excellent quality/price ratio

Apart from the lack of soundproofing it went very well.

Very decent accommodation, well equipped and rather well soundproofed. The staff is available and responsive.
