Ideal location with the possibility of walking to both Antibes and Juan-les-Pins. Terrace, with breathtaking views of the bay.
Lots of difficulty finding the residence because the Pierre-Yves vacances logo is hidden, difficulty unloading luggage in the absence of parking space in the adjacent streets. Parking must be reserved in addition and only at reception when it is open… It is a shame that the top floor is not accessible by the elevator. This one requires a good lick of paint, it is full of graffiti. The adult room is not equipped with a bed but with a convertible sofa (comfortable however) It would be necessary to consider a small step stool because the dishes are high up, accessible only to people measuring more than one meter 75…

Regardless, the stay was beneficial and pleasant.

The residence is very well located, however it is time to refresh it because the building is dated

So disappointed,
Mold in the room raised sewers in the bathroom hair in the bathtub
Very unpleasant staff, we cut our stay short because of the smells
We weren't warned that we had to make the beds
We didn't know that we had to reserve the parking
In short, hotel not to be recommended!!

Top location, 5 minutes walk from Antibes beach and shops (a little more for Juan).
Take the parking option as it can sometimes be difficult to park outside (free street parking).
We had accommodation on the ground floor near the swimming pool, where all the users passed in front of our balcony, a privacy screen would not be a luxury.
The accommodation as well as the common areas were very clean.
The reception staff were not very efficient. We had to travel and call several times to get a coffee maker...which was only provided to us the next day at the end of the morning even though we had informed the old lady at 4:30 p.m. when we arrived.
The TV antenna was also broken following the bad weather.
Conversely, the technical/maintenance staff were very efficient when we had a power outage.
The accommodation was very quiet once the windows were closed (the street is quite busy). The air conditioning was very effective.
Please note, the swimming pool is not heated (23° at the beginning of September) in the sun in the morning then gradually in the shade.
Practical and suitable accommodation if you plan to walk the rest of the day.
