An excellent stay at one of the La Rostagne residences.

The apartment is located between the beaches of Juan-les-Pins and the center of Antibes, in a quiet residential area.
The welcome was perfect, and the person who handled my arrival on November 2nd and my departure on the 7th was extremely kind and helpful.

Beautiful top-floor apartment with a lovely terrace. Too bad the bathroom is so small. The bedroom lacks a proper bed instead of a sofa bed.

Profiter d’un appartement au dernier étage avec une jolie terrasse face au paysage, c’est un vrai plaisir, et nous sommes heureux que ce cadre ait contribué à votre séjour. Nous comprenons en revanche que la salle de bain étroite et l’option canapé convertible en lit principal aient pu nuancer votre confort.

Pour vos prochains séjours, nos équipes peuvent vous orienter vers des appartements disposant d’un lit double dans la chambre et offrant plus d’espace, afin de répondre au mieux à vos besoins. Vos remarques sont également précieuses pour guider nos améliorations futures et rendre nos hébergements toujours plus confortables.

I'm writing this review, but I've never stayed at this hotel. We had a reservation through Booking.com with no cancellation option, and due to unforeseen issues beyond our control, including a canceled course, we were unable to use our 14-night reservation.
For a total of approximately €700. We notified Booking.com almost a month in advance that we wouldn't be using the room. We contacted Booking.com, and they told us they'd asked the hotel if they'd accept a refund, but the hotel refused. We contacted the hotel several times, including their main office in Paris. We were told to fill out a refund request form the same day we arrived. Their response, after a few days, was that there was nothing they could do.
It's ridiculous that a room remained vacant a month in advance; they could have re-rented it and even partially refunded us. But obviously, it would have been better to collect €700 and do absolutely nothing to accommodate us.
Poor understanding and courtesy towards customers.
Highly not recommended.
