Good morning:

My satisfaction level is 10 and this is thanks to Nicolás and Lucía, the guys at the reception, they are extraordinary. They go out of their way to always serve guests with a commendable smile and kindness. It is obvious that they like their work. They provided us with all kinds of information and quickly resolved a problem we had with the skis. They are magnificent professionals who make your stay in the apartments comfortable and happy.

The apartments are very well located, next to the buses that take you to the slopes and a few minutes walk from the center of town and next to it there is a Spar supermarket. Clean and with everything you need. With incredible views of the mountains.

Two nights without being able to sleep. We found bed bugs in the 4 person room 501. They wouldn't believe us with the photos so I had to bring dead bed bugs back to reception. They did not want to change our rooms and the cleaning lady (Milan) complained saying that she did not have time to come and change the sheets and mattresses.
The front desk manager (Nicolas) said that they haven't had bed bugs since 2022. When telling him that there are comments on Google about bed bugs from less than that ago one month he got angry and shouted that those who post these comments are liars "dirty stupid heads" who want to defame and discredit the hotel, not even offering us an apology!! I am waiting for the refund which they said they would do in 14 business days. It's not a 3 star hotel, there is dust everywhere and very poor attention from the staff. They know they have a hygiene problem and don't react...!

We conducted a thorough investigation, took the necessary measures and despite our careful checks, we found no tangible evidence of the presence of bed bugs.

Our reception manager wanted to explain to you that a little over a year and a half ago this apartment was indeed subject to the presence of bed bugs but was treated by a specialized company and we did not then no more proven cases. We regret if there was a misunderstanding.

This apartment has been occupied since and no client has reported bites resulting from their stay in this accommodation.

On a strictly commercial basis, our relations department granted you a refund on April 2, 2024.

Notre chef de réception a voulu vous expliquer qu'il y a un peu plus d'un an et demi cet appartement a effectivement fait l'objet de présence de punaise de lits mais a été traité par une entreprise spécialisée et nous n'avons alors plus eu aucun cas avéré. On regrette s'il y a eu une incompréhension.

Cet appartement a été occupé depuis et aucun client n’a fait état de piqûres résultant de son passage dans ce logement.

A titre strictement commercial, notre service relation vous a accordé un remboursement le 2 avril 2024.
