Emails with excuses don't cover the rent or the groceries to feed my son!
Knowing that after this cancellation, I booked a room at another of your residences without receiving a refund.
Taking my money isn't a problem, but giving it back is becoming very complicated.

My daughter and I are delighted with our stay at your residence!
We stayed there for 15 days. The apartment was very clean and quiet, with a superb view of the Mont Blanc massif. The balcony was great for two people to enjoy the view during breakfast. The bathroom was functional and had enough storage space for two!
The young woman who welcomed us on Saturday, August 2nd, was wonderful, cheerful, professional, and, above all, full of humor!
We will definitely be back next year!

Nice residence in a good location, a little dated but well built, the apartments are well made even if in need of renovation.
