Being a regular at stones and holidays, especially in department 06, I have enough perspective to talk about it.

The stone and holidays in Mandelieu and a little aging but well maintained.

The young man at the reception is very responsive, week from 21/08 to 27/08/2023, is very caring for the occupants, and constantly does his best to meet the expectations of holidaymakers with the kindness and benevolence that he anime.

Very good swimming pool, really pleasant, especially in this heat wave.

Nevertheless, a vacationer occupant gave the code of the gate, to Outside People, who obviously did not pay a penny.

A couple, hoodlums, very badly polished, equipped with an electronic ankle bracelet, with her pouffe, with big breasts, redone, completely disgusting.

These two individuals arrived with a cooler, alcohol galore, vodka, beer and of course, consumption of narcotics in front of families and children.

Of course, loud music... Instead of favoring discretion...

A "wallah" at the end of each sentence, when they were no more Muslims than Justin Bridou.

In short, it is the black point in my stay.

I will still continue to come to Pierre et Vacances, for their prices and their welcome.

I went there on July 22 for the week. Arriving on time, gate closed, no answer on the phone...outside for 30 minutes after a 7 hour drive, in the sun with others arriving. Everyone had to call Pierre et Vacances, who gave us an emergency number! It's a real bunker, parking on the other side 40 euros per week more! Without development, it's expensive! First step in the apartment, sink completely clogged .. so we found that the cleaning was not done! Towels wrapped but dirty. Toilet flush that sometimes blocked ... I spent my time complaining, it's unacceptable! The mattress and pillow protectors have already been put on, so they haven't been changed...in a campsite, they're clean and packed and we're the ones who put them...at least it's clean. In this residence, none of that. It is unacceptable for the price and anyway dirty. When we left, the flushing problem was still not solved but I gave up so 3 technicians came over 2 days, the cleaning lady following our complaint also came but I didn't see any difference before and after his coming! Long live the holidays. For the deposit, they do not return it immediately because the only person who is at the reception is submerged. Is this legal? I was always given back the deposit on departure (cheque). That said, there is no inventory of fixtures either on arrival or on departure. It is nonsense. I hope to have compensation but it's a dream, I guess. However, I have informed our works council. Pierre and holidays are over for me.
