Aging residence.

Residence with magnificent view BUT it’s a shame that this residence is not very well maintained
Mold around windows. Dirty shower pipe, poorly cleaned shower. Moldy fridge seal. Carpet in common areas…
On the other hand, good management of our arrival with very clear information….

A half-hearted stay. The location is pleasant although out of the way and difficult to access without a car. The operator was superb. Unlike the significant lack of toilet paper in the bathroom. This one was also small and dressed. There was a real lack of sockets and connection for its price of around a hundred euros per night. Dust bunnies were wandering around the room next to a sock (or maybe underpants?) at the top of a shelf. For 100E a night, we at least expected the bed to be made without paying extra. However the bed (basically a sofa) was not uncomfortable.
Initially, we found that having to clean part of the room and take out all the trash was perhaps excessive given the price of the night.
An experience that we will not repeat!

I was able to return to the studio that I had reserved with a sea view...thanks to the technical team who, the day before May 1, managed to resolve the damage to the wastewater network (a recurring problem known to the seaside). ..nothing beats preventative maintenance for everyone, rather than corrective maintenance. But very nice location and the welcome is very friendly and caring

Very well located residence, the studio is well furnished, clean and quiet.
Free board game rental is a plus on rainy days or in the evening
