Very nice location.
Comfortable studios but too small.
The €50 parking fee in the residence is excessive.

Very disappointing moral policy.....to avoid...
I booked the day before, a 4-day weekend from August 24 to August 28 due to family problems and to get some fresh air.
The same evening 2 of my sons came out with gastro, I warned from the first hour that unfortunately I could not come, I asked for a cancellation free of charge....while waiting for the establishment's response the day of Saturday was passes, we arrive at Sunday noon the children are a little better a person calls me at noon to ask me again if we are coming I tell him that too complicated having canceled the train I hang up in 5 minutes I find a solution to come by car (pad for the lost day of the day before) 12:05 p.m. on break until 3 p.m.... so I called back at 3 p.m. and was told it was possible to come.....
I am hallucinating knowing that I had paid until Wednesday and that it is Sunday... They tell me that it was booking which canceled the reservation, I called booking and told me that no it was the establishment that I check on the site and that is true.
Booking finding the situation not normal of not having been able to come for the rest of my stay requests by email a cancellation without charge knowing that the establishment does not allow me to become because re-rent.

Finality 0 refund, I am not allowed to come for the remaining 3 days of my weekend, total amount collected by the establishment.... booking tries to help me but cannot reimburse for them knowing that they have nothing cash in...
So the theft, shameful and even more shameful that during the day of Sunday they had re-rented my rental on which I was supposed to be until Wednesday.

Charming welcome, incredible sea view, apartment like new, very comfortable beds, 3 minutes walk from the beach. What more could you ask for!!

Very nice stay in this residence surrounded by nature but close to the beach and the city center. The lady who welcomes us is incredibly kind and very smiling. The accommodation is pleasant and functional. Everything is clean and well arranged. The furniture appears quite dated but nevertheless in impeccable condition. If you are looking for modernity at all costs, you will be disappointed. It didn't bother me at all. Additionally, if you look at the photos on the site, you have a clear overview. The balcony is very nice with a view of the sea!!! I went there with my little boy who was delighted.
