very bad experience July 2023,
not clean, no service, noise, swimming pool on charge,
everything is bad except the location,
too bad the residence is managed like this

Great location for visiting the French Riviera, private and secure parking, super well-maintained building and gardens, but deckchairs around the pool become chargeable in summer ?. Small negative point, the maintenance of the gardens lasts several days and it makes noise in the morning?
Wifi completely rotten...

The proximity to St Jean Cap Ferrat is a real plus, jogging around is great ?

Positive: Good location, good pool, well-functioning AC and perfectly ok room.
Negative: late check-in (4pm) if you don't pay extra for early check-in.
Non-functioning wi-fi and lousy mobile coverage.
Sunbeds and parasols cost €6/day, so not included even though you live on site.

Very pretty setting, the gardens are very well maintained. The deckchairs at the swimming pool can be easily found even at peak times. There are also mattresses on the deckchairs which provide very good comfort. The exterior infrastructures which are pretty. The catering part was just top notch, congratulations to Francesco who offered us great dishes from lunch to dinner with his team, worthy of the standard of a 4 star. The gentleman at the reception was very nice too. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room is also very pleasant, however the apartment is a bit small for 3. I highly recommend it! Absolutely unbeatable value for money. Hat
