I am very disappointed with my stay, as several important aspects did not live up to my expectations when I booked.

First, I spent the first night without air conditioning. The air conditioning unit was switched off at the circuit breaker, and after switching it back on, the light was flashing white and not working properly. Because of this, I had to sleep in the living room, even though I had specifically booked an apartment with a separate bedroom so I could sleep more comfortably.

Furthermore, the Wi-Fi in the room didn't work properly: the signal was very weak, practically nonexistent. When I reported this, the response was simply, "That's normal, the Wi-Fi is free." This answer is unsatisfactory, because free or not, an advertised service must be usable, especially when it's part of the amenities offered.

As compensation, I was offered a lemonade and a sun lounger by the pool, even though sun loungers normally cost €6 per day. Given the inconvenience I experienced, this gesture seems clearly disproportionate.

I'll also spare you the details of the overall condition of the accommodation: a ceiling warped by damp, an unpleasant odor in the bedroom, and the general impression of a run-down apartment. I was told the apartments would be renovated next year, which unfortunately confirms that the current condition is not up to standard.

Furthermore, I am still waiting for my invoice, which has never been sent despite my request.

In short, I do not recommend this establishment in its current state. The value for money is absolutely unsatisfactory considering the advertised services and the actual comfort experienced on site.

I understand that technical problems can occur. However, the way these various issues were handled was disappointing. I would have appreciated a real solution, more serious follow-up and a goodwill gesture that truly reflected the inconvenience suffered.

Affordable accommodation between the expensive hotspots of Monaco and Nice

Indeed, the property is in an unacceptable state and in no way meets the expected standards or the description provided at the time of booking. Upon arrival, I noticed a clear lack of cleanliness: the floor is dirty, the bathroom grout is blackened, and the entire apartment appears to have been poorly maintained.

Furthermore, several elements are damaged or deteriorated: the doors are broken, some furniture is in poor condition and lacks finishing touches (missing baseboards). I also noted the presence of dead animals on the walls, which is particularly shocking and unacceptable in a rental property.

Finally, the soundproofing is extremely inadequate. The passing trains are clearly audible, which severely detracts from comfort and rest, essential elements for a stay in a holiday residence.

The accommodation was clean, but the front door desperately needs to be re-sealed! It lets in both noise and drafts... You might say that goes hand in hand. It's a real sieve!

Otherwise, it's pleasant for a short stay.
