The houses are very small and the services vary depending on the owners. For 4 people they are just right. Bedroom often with not very long bed. Sofa bed or outside bed compartment in the living room to be closed otherwise you don't have space.
The residence, not recently renovated, is however good overall and the apartments, as a base for a seaside holiday for two people, are more than sufficient, but still livable for four, if you don't have to stay there all day.
The residence offers a restaurant bar where you can have breakfast and you can also eat with a sufficient choice.
You can reserve baguettes to make your own sandwiches.
Pool and lounge chairs clean and well maintained.

Very pretty residence, comfortable and well located.
Accommodation a bit small.

Very narrow roads, unsuitable for cars, 25m2 apartment for 5 people which would be better for 2/3 people, no storage, cramped, dilapidated, awning broken, the swimming pool is not suitable for children because there are no feet ! No air conditioning, deckchairs for a fee while the rental price is very expensive!

Magnificent location 2 steps from the sea and easily reachable by car. The shared spaces leave something to be desired as they are poorly maintained, the swimming pool is splendid.
The services offered are quite poor, there is only a small kiosk that serves pre-cooked dishes. The rooms are not large but almost all have splendid sea views and easy access to the pool and beach. The price is competitive, but not cheap if you consider the actual quality of the services offered by the structure.

Excellent location have been going there for 4 years in August but air conditioning is essential to withstand the hot nights so if you rent in this residence this additional service is really necessary
