We stayed at the Residence in early September and we loved it!
Our late arrival was well taken into account and personalized (text message with all the information).
Staff were friendly, attentive, and attentive.
Info: beach umbrellas available at reception! ??
Just a quick note: a bar and/or restaurant would be a big plus given the setting!

We booked a duplex villa with a private pool this summer on the Pierre et Vacances website, based on photos, all of which showed an unobstructed view (see photos 1 and 2). We arrived at the residence after 8 p.m.; the reception was closed, and we accessed our accommodation using the key in the mailbox.
Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that our accommodation didn't match the photos on the website because instead of having an unobstructed view, we had a view of the neighbors' rooms. We had to wait until the next day to report our dissatisfaction. Only one villa had this horrible view, and we were the ones who got it. The owner wouldn't listen and tried to justify herself by saying that the allocation was based on the rates paid (and I know I paid the full price, i.e., over €500/night), then saying that changing it was impossible because we had only stayed one night in our accommodation, and if we changed it, we would have to pay for the cleaning. I agreed to pay these fees, but they ultimately changed their minds, claiming there weren't enough staff. In short, no sense of customer satisfaction. So I contacted Pierre et Vacances customer service, and surprise, they couldn't do anything because it was a franchised residence. Beyond our horrible view, our balcony looked like a dump. A small openwork partition separated the small terraces from the apartments, making it easy to hear the neighbors' conversations. We were lucky enough to be next to a group of friends who had come to party... (door banging in the middle of the night, for example).
I will never use Pierre et Vacances again and risk having to deal with the wishes of a franchisee, and obviously, I will never stay in a residence of this type again. We rented a villa on Air B&B for the second week for less, and at least the accommodation was as shown in the photos and there was no neighborhood disturbance.

Very good, beautiful setting, one downside is the comfort of the seating in the rooms: no bedside table, not enough dishes.
Another downside is the layout around the pool: not enough umbrellas or side tables.
The very friendly staff should inform new arrivals of the possible presence of wild boars, which, while not aggressive, can surprise you by bursting onto the terrace?
