The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are basically clean. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of different options. The hotel is close to many places, either by foot or by bus.

The hotel is good. The breakfast is great. However, the way they handled guests who complained about noise disturbances until 4:00 AM for two consecutive nights was appalling.

The disturbances came from planned concerts right in front of the hotel. We weren't informed until check-in. Too late for us to find another hotel. Not recommended!

Jedoch bedauern wir sehr, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen in Bezug auf die Ruhezeiten nicht erfüllen konnten. Die Konzerte waren eine Sonderveranstaltung, über deren genaue Zeiten wir leider erst kurz vorher informiert wurden. Dennoch danken wir Ihnen für den Hinweis, der uns hilft, unsere Kommunikation zu verbessern.

Abschließend hoffen wir, dass Sie die Nähe zur berühmten Las Canteras Beach und die Ausblicke auf den Hafen genießen konnten. Gerne stehen wir Ihnen bei einem nächsten Besuch für ein Zimmer in ruhiger Lage zur Verfügung.

Hoffentlich sehen wir uns auch in der Zukunft wieder.

Well, I can't say anything good about our stay at that hotel. First of all, the room they gave us was incredibly disappointing. It was small, with the shower on one side and the toilet on the other, and no hook or hanger for the bath towel. You had to get out soaking wet to grab a towel on the other side, where they'd put the towel hooks. The windows faced the street, and the view was of some buildings under construction. Even though the booking confirmation said we'd have a view of the port, they told us that's what we'd paid for, which left us utterly shocked. The breakfast room was even smaller; if you were slow to go down, it was already full. The breakfast was just okay, and by the second day, you know what to expect—it's always the same. There's no lounge or living room in case of bad weather (rain, wind, etc.). You can't expect an improvement because in the room, you had to stay in bed; there wasn't even a chair to sit on. There are no lounges or any other places to relax. Wait, the photos on the website have nothing to do with reality. They've shown the renovated rooms in the newer section, but we were given the old ones, which leave much to be desired. We also had to complain about the cleanliness. A disappointment for a three-star hotel. Anyway, I could go on for another ten pages, but I don't think it would do any good. The only redeeming feature of all this was the restaurant staff at breakfast; they were all very kind and friendly. Otherwise, I will never return and I won't recommend it to anyone.
