Stayed in June, pleasant, quiet, and clean residence. Very friendly staff, clean, spacious, and well-equipped accommodation. Private parking. Located a 5-minute walk from the sea, with a small grocery store right next door, managed by a very friendly person who sells baked goods, spirits, and gourmet foods. Delighted with our stay.

For a relaxing family holiday, it's perfect. The 6-person accommodation we rented was ideal for 4 people. The proximity to the beach is perfect. The small pool is great. We made good use of the well-stocked games room. The reception and maintenance staff are all very attentive. Honestly, it was a fantastic experience.

The apartment lacks air conditioning, as the temperature was unbearably high, and there's no extractor fan in the kitchen. The bathroom is very small. The bedroom mattress needs replacing, as waking up with back pain is unpleasant. There's also a lack of a wardrobe in the living room for storing clothes.

Beautiful residence, perfect welcome, wooded grounds, a 5-minute walk from a lovely supervised beach and close to the center of Soulac. Great pool! Apartment for 6 with easy parking on the secure, quiet, and functional property. We loved our stay.
