Good location
We didn't take advantage of the pool, but it's quite large. The beach is very close to the town center, also within walking distance to enjoy the pretty villas of Soulac.
The residence is aging; a good refresh would be necessary.
A good cleaning of the terrace walls (lots of cobwebs) before the tenants arrive would be desirable.
The bathroom layout with a shelf under the sink would be welcome. The shower hose is very, very old!!!
The ventilation with the VMC in the living room makes a lot of noise, which is very unpleasant at night since the sleeping area is also in the living room!
Welcoming and polite staff throughout the stay.

A great stay this weekend. A very comfortable apartment, very accommodating with departure and arrival times, and the explanations provided were very clear.

The apartments are very nice. The location is very quiet. A little far from shops but close to the beach.

Residence in the immediate vicinity of the beach and town center within walking distance. Ideal location for exploring the region.

We are never disappointed, but it is true that we leave outside of school holidays...
