It's not bad with family.

Very good location, very pleasant staff. However, it lacks maintenance: table football, beach volleyball, and the evening entertainment...

Came for a day during the holidays. Admission is €45 per person.
Friendly staff. Pool for young children and close to the beach.
We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. There was plenty to choose from.

A beautiful location with a beautiful setting, but unfortunately, that's not enough to attract guests. There's still a lot of work to be done!
The cleaning needs to be thoroughly reviewed in the rooms, and random inspections are necessary. A minimum level of effort must be implemented.
It's impossible to sleep peacefully before 10 or 11 p.m. because the furniture is dragged around by other noisy guests!
It's impossible to sleep in because from 8 a.m. onward, during floor cleaning, the housekeepers drag all the furniture around to clean it (and I checked, please).
The toilets were clogged for three days despite two visits from the technical service.
No security checks at the second pool, giving irresponsible guests the opportunity to smoke prohibited products while lying quietly in front of the pool, right in the middle of the adults and children present!
The towel collection times are not suitable for guests visiting the island during the day. Finding a parking space after 8 p.m. and on weekends remains a real headache!
How is it possible to offer us parking outside the hotel when we're staying there!
The two buffets (breakfast and dinner) (tasteless dishes) really need to be reviewed in terms of quality for the price offered!
The welcome is too regularly mixed during meals and the reception team is dry in the evening.
Bravo, however, to the daytime reception team: very pleasant. (Congratulations, ladies!)
How can we describe the evening entertainment, which is non-existent...
Just music and nothing else!
Really disappointed by this beautiful facility, which is only charming in its appearance.
I strongly advise against it!
