welcoming, quiet, clean and well-equipped

A very nice Pierre & Vacances residence, in a great location close to the beach and main shops, near Menton/Moselle/Èze... Spacious, air-conditioned apartment with a lovely terrace, although a bit noisy due to its location. There's a swimming pool in the residence. The staff were welcoming and attentive.
We highly recommend it.

Merry gave us a very warm welcome; she was very kind and pleasant, guided us well, and answered all our questions. Well done to her, and best of luck! The residence is very well located and quiet, just 200 meters from the sea. There's a Carrefour City supermarket right at the foot of the building, which is very convenient, as well as bakeries, restaurants, and newsagents. The swimming pool on the 6th floor is spotless and clean, with sun loungers and parasols. The apartment is clean and well laid out; it has everything you need. The best part is the underground parking; it's an extra cost, but essential given the traffic and the limited outdoor parking. We've already visited the residence twice, and we'll definitely be back. Well done to the whole team!

A very beautiful, pleasant, and quiet residence. The rooftop pool is a bonus, not to mention its proximity to the beach. I highly recommend this accommodation.
