This place is amazing the best experience of my life

The receptionist Mathilde is very nice!!!

One-week stay in March in a 6-person apartment.
Room with mold on the ceiling, unusable socket. The carpet in the living room is not the best... no cleaning possible.
In the kitchen we had water damage, clogged sink and with the dishwasher running everything overflowed..
In the fridge (very small for 6 people), what holds the bottles in the door was broken (not practical therefore..)
the bathroom is small but functional, watch out for mold as well.
Too bad there isn't anything to wash the floor, just a vacuum cleaner for cleaning, it's light.
Regarding the ski locker, it's a shame that it's so small... we can't leave all our stuff there

Regarding the location it is very good, Sherpa, ski shops, restaurants at the foot of the residence
Direct access to the slopes at the exit of the residence as well.

The staff at reception are friendly, it's a shame it's not more open because when you need something and reception is closed it's not easy..
