We had a wonderful, relaxing week as a family. While the weather wasn't great, we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities at the resort.

The staff is very professional and always available. We'll definitely be back.

But there was a lot of noise in the hallways because people were walking around in their ski boots.

The apartments are outdated and run-down; they're definitely not "premium."

The ski lockers aren't heated, so we had to retrieve our boots soaking wet.
It's disappointing, especially considering the price, which I won't mention but is close to Club Med prices...

The residence is well located (a bit far from the ESF ski school meeting point for a non-skiing grandmother, but easily accessible), well laid out, and clean. There's a Skiset shop on site with very pleasant and efficient staff and good equipment. Ample parking. The reception staff were very friendly.

Everything was perfect, a very warm welcome and excellent follow-up on our case. We hope to return next year. Best of luck to the whole team this season. Etienne Picke
