Very nice apartment (top floor, huge living room, a true 4-room apartment with a master suite with 180° views from every room!), very high-quality bedding, immaculate and ultra-soft bath sheets, premium residence with very thoughtful and charming decor and style. Very friendly welcome, large selection of games and books to borrow in the warmly furnished lobby.
The pool, saunas, and gym are very pleasant (except when you have to rub shoulders with families who are not very respectful of others' peace and quiet). The service at the spa was also high-quality; the treatment rooms are huge and beautifully decorated.

Fairly mixed reviews of this Pierre et Vacances des Hauts Bois.
Positive points:
- Welcoming staff who try to find solutions quickly.
- Free parking equipped with electrical outlets.
- Reception hall with books and games available to borrow.
- Complete and free baby kit.
Areas for improvement:
- Residence in need of an overall renovation: aging bedding, electrical outlets that are falling apart, furniture that needs replacing, insulation issues because cold air enters around the windows, and the smell of cigarettes from the neighbors is very strong in the apartment.
- Very narrow bathtub (for slim people, otherwise you can't sit down).
Major drawback: The single elevator in the main building is heavily used during departures by both guests and housekeeping staff.

We booked a premium room for comfort, but this quality is not up to scratch. The residence is classified as premium thanks to the hammam and sauna.
We are nevertheless generally satisfied with our stay.

A fantastic stay. The apartments were very well-equipped and the bedding was impeccable. The best part was the spa and pool. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
