Rooms without air conditioning.
Inexpensive, but basic comfort.

Very bad. Beware of them, make reservations and then there are problems.

Terrible. We made a reservation, and less than 24 hours later, something unexpected came up and we couldn't make it. They treated us terribly, refusing to refund the nearly €200 we'd already paid. It says a lot about the place. We'll never be back.

We stayed from July 20th to 25th. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. We were given a room with a small terrace on the first floor, and the air conditioning unit was right below us, making a lot of noise. Air conditioning was only available on the reception floor and in the lounge/dining area. We were incredibly hot because there was no air conditioning or even a fan in the rooms. The staff was friendly, and the buffet was quite good. Some guests didn't respect quiet hours, and those with dogs started barking at 8:00 AM because their owners left them alone in the room.

I'm going to summarize our terrible experience at one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed in:

- Noise seeps in and you can't sleep.

- The beds are old and the springs dig into you; back pain persists for several days.

- It's so hot you can't sleep all night. There's no air conditioning, and the poor location means there's no natural ventilation. The manager's solution (very rude and disrespectful) is to give you an air heater (which makes no sense).

- The room has flying insects of different sizes that make it impossible to sleep.

- Only one bar of soap of unknown origin for everything (nothing else in the bathroom).

- Difficult access to the parking lot.

- Breakfast with no variety or quality.

- At 9:00 a.m., the cleaning staff enters the room to drag you out while you're still in your pajamas.

- Bright, constant light from the balcony shines into the room and makes it impossible to sleep.

IMPORTANT: There is construction work with debris and trucks moving around constantly during the day. If you would like to rest at midday, please let the manager know; she will be happy to help you.
