Everything was very clean. Perfectly equipped. Very good price. Check-in was very easy. Great views. No noise at all. Sleeps perfectly!

The only negative thing I can say is generally true for all apartments in Andorra. They'll have to start thinking about installing air conditioning with climate change...

Nos alegra comprobar que su alojamiento cumplió con sus expectativas en aspectos fundamentales como las instalaciones, la relación calidad-precio y la agilidad en el proceso de llegada.

Apreciamos su observación sobre la climatización. Aunque nuestros apartamentos cuentan con sistemas de calefacción independiente, seguimos evaluando mejoras para adaptarnos a las nuevas necesidades medioambientales.

Dicho esto, nos complace especialmente que el entorno montañoso le permitiera disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el descanso que caracterizan nuestra ubicación.

We often go to Andorra and stay at Pierre & Vacances. The only downside was that we had two cars, and one of the parking spaces was already taken the first night! We mentioned a few minor issues, and they listened. I think that despite these small problems, we'll come back.

I stayed from March 7th to 11th, 2026, and I think the company needs to improve, especially in several areas. First, the receptionists' lack of empathy leaves much to be desired and does the company a disservice. I requested a second parking space for our stay, as we had two vehicles and I had mentioned this two months in advance in the comments. They told us it wasn't possible because everything was booked. It turns out that during our stay, all the Pierre & Vacances parking spaces were empty. I don't understand why, since the cost of the space was separate, but it showed the receptionist's lack of interest and knowledge—a disgrace.

When you book, they don't tell you which building you'll be in, and the least they could do is put it in writing, since they have several apartments in different complexes. The apartment itself was fine, with plenty of closets, but the state of the paint on the walls is shameful; it urgently needs repainting. It was a B2B apartment.
Overall, they treat you like cattle.

Good morning, I've been going every year for about 4-5 years. Honestly, they're the best value for money; sometimes they have really good offers. The apartments are well-equipped. This year, the TV didn't have a remote, so I called them and they came within an hour with a new TV and set it up for me. Congratulations and keep up the good work!
