Magnificent hotel in the heart of the city, with an unbeatable location! We'd like to highlight the check-in process, which was quick and easy, as well as the attention to every detail. Miss Nathali at reception was especially friendly and attentive. The room was huge, with a jacuzzi, and very clean. We had read comments about the noise from nearby construction, but despite our windows facing that side, we didn't experience any disturbance.
If we had to mention anything that needed improvement, perhaps the carpeting in the room would be better, but everything else was top-notch.
If you want to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of Andorra, this hotel is definitely the best option!

En cuanto al estado de la alfombra, lamentamos que no haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Nuestro equipo está siempre disponible para garantizar su máxima comodidad durante la estancia.

If I could have put zero...because I would have liked to share my experience of this hotel that I booked on April 5, 2025 for June 7 to 9, 2025 via booking. But 5 days before the stay I received an email informing me of overbooking. And therefore of the cancellation and the refund of the latter. I found another hotel with booking but I find that this is not the way to do things. And I won't even mention the contact with the hotel directly and the Pierre et Vacances customer service.

We had the pleasure of attending a training session in a room at the hotel.
Everything was impeccable, the hotel was beautiful, and above all, we would like to highlight the kindness, service, and professionalism of the waiter we had, Damián! It's normal to do your job, but when you love what you do, it shows, and this employee not only provided excellent service but also a pleasant and very satisfying experience.
We asked to use the hotel bar's bathroom, and a super-friendly and kind bar employee showed us where it was and treated us very well.
The appetizers were delicious, unlike other hotels that use them for other events.

Is there parking on the streets near the hotel?

Disponemos de estacionamiento cubierto en el propio hotel, sujeto a disponibilidad y previa reserva. Debido al número limitado de plazas, le recomendamos realizar la reserva con antelación para garantizar su espacio.

Esperamos que pueda disfrutar de nuestra privilegiada ubicación en pleno corazón de Andorra, sobre la Avenida Meritxell, rodeados de tiendas y restaurantes, y a tan solo 20 km de la estación de esquí de Grandvalira.
