Fijn hotel op een perfecte locatie in het centrum. De parkeerplaats is ondergronds en privé, echter is dit niet toegankelijk voor grote auto’s.

De kamers zijn zeer luxe en schoon. De stijl zelf is wat verouderd. Een mooie ruime regendouche en bubbelbad waren aanwezig in de badkamer. Een verbeterpuntje is de afvoer van de douche.

Ondanks de mooi afgewerkte bak onder de douche bleef er veel water staan buiten de ruimte.

Let wel op: er is een bouwplaats pal naast het hotel. Dit lijkt ook nog zeker een jaar te gaan duren.

Very well located in the city center. There is currently construction work going on directly across the street. The room is spacious, and the spa bath is lovely after a hike; however, the bedding isn't great, and the coffee machine in the room doesn't work. Breakfast costs €20, though.

Cependant, nous regrettons sincèrement que certains éléments de votre séjour n'aient pas été satisfaisants. Les travaux en face de l'hôtel, sous la gestion de la municipalité, peuvent causer des nuisances mais nous nous efforçons de préserver votre confort.

Enfin, nous sommes heureux que l'emplacement central de l'établissement ait facilité votre séjour.

The hotel is good, but there are a few things that really make it stand out:

First, the positives:
Nice and decent breakfast
Very pleasant staff and service
Affordable and attractive price
Great location (right in the city center, surrounded by shops)
Nearby parking (be aware that there's an extra charge!)

Now, the things that need improvement:
During our stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations and there was a lot of noise, which seems to be a common occurrence (until 9 pm and starting at 7:50 am)
Lights in the room were always on and disturbed our sleep
There were a few small hairs and fibers in the jacuzzi (not a big deal, but not ideal for a 4-star hotel)

In short, a great stay nonetheless, as the place is very nice, but it's just not quite perfect!

Nous sommes enchantés que le petit déjeuner et la qualité de notre service vous aient donné satisfaction.

Toutefois, nous sommes désolés que les nuisances liées aux travaux municipaux voisins aient perturbé votre tranquillité et nous regrettons les désagréments rencontrés avec l'éclairage de la chambre et l'entretien du jacuzzi.

Néanmoins, votre enthousiasme pour notre emplacement central et pour la proximité du parking nous fait très plaisir.

Nous espérons vous revoir prochainement pour un séjour parfaitement réussi.
