It is a hotel located right in the center. The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is huge and has a shower with jets and a hydromassage bathtub. Everything is very clean and cared for.
We have taken the stay with lunch and I have to say that it is very delicious. It's buffet style and there's a little bit of everything, and it's all very delicious, both the cold cuts, the pastas, and the pancakes.
A great success.

Stay marred by a bad experience upon arrival.
We stayed at the Starc hotel in Andorra la Vella, an establishment that aims to be luxurious. Unfortunately our arrival was marred by a very unpleasant experience.
When I arrived, I parked in the space dedicated to check-in (limited to 5 minutes), long enough to accompany my wife and our 2-year-old daughter to the room — a matter of security and peace of mind for them. I came back down within a reasonable time (between 5 and 15 minutes), and I had the unpleasant surprise of finding a €60 fine on the windshield.

I immediately explained the situation to the reception, thinking that an establishment of this standard would have at least tried to help me or understand. But I was simply told that there was nothing they could do.
I find this very regrettable: no gesture, no understanding, no consideration for a family arriving with a young child.

For a hotel that markets itself as upscale, the customer service should be up to par. This total lack of flexibility and empathy absolutely does not correspond to the expectations that one can have in such a place.

Nous comprenons que la situation de stationnement a été source de frustration et nous sommes désolés pour la gêne occasionnée.

Toutefois, nous tenons à préciser que la limitation de temps pour le stationnement devant l'hôtel vise à faciliter l'accès le plus rapidement possible à tous nos hôtes, bien que nous ne puissions pas intervenir directement sur les décisions de la municipalité.

Néanmoins, nous sommes toujours prêts à assister nos hôtes en fournissant des informations claires et précises concernant les options de stationnement, notamment notre parking couvert payant situé dans l'hôtel, dont la réservation est recommandée.

Very nice hotel with very pleasant facilities: good bedding, magnificent bathroom. However, we had a big disappointment. When we arrived, we parked in the street of the hotel, the exit of which is closed for works. It did not seem to us that our parking was a problem, but for security reasons we asked reception: they confirmed to us that there were no problems, we could stay parked there. What was our surprise when, two days later, we noticed that our brand new car had disappeared... After the hassle of finding where it was, we were relieved of €200 by the Andorran impound services.
So take the advice from reception with a grain of salt and park far from the hotel…

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le confort de votre chambre et la qualité de votre literie, conçue pour assurer un sommeil réparateur après des journées bien remplies.

Cependant, nous regrettons vivement les désagréments liés au stationnement.
En raison des travaux municipaux en cours jusqu'en 2026 autour de l'hôtel, nous recommandons systématiquement à nos hôtes de réserver à l'avance notre parking couvert ou d'utiliser l'alternative sécurisée à 100 mètres.

We were very comfortable in this hotel. Carefully decorated, very friendly staff, good breakfast, very large and comfortable beds, right in the center of Andorra la Vella.
Maybe some carpeting needs changing, tubs and showers, doors that don't close quite right... but it's really nothing that's too bothersome. I recommend it, we took the room with a balcony.

Ens complau saber que la seva estada a Hotel Starc By Pierre & Vacances va ser tan agradable.

Estem encantats que hagi gaudit de la decoració cuidada, l'atenció del nostre personal i el deliciós esmorzar. És meravellós que trobés els llits amplis i còmodes, afegint al confort de la seva experiència.

No obstant això, lamentem els inconvenients que hagi pogut trobar en relació amb els elements de la habitació com les moquetes, les banyeres i dutxes, així com les portes. Entenem que aquests detalls són importants i estem compromesos a mantenir els nostres alts estàndards de qualitat i servei.

Finalment, celebrem que la ubicació de l'hotel en el centre d'Andorra la Vella hagi estat del seu grat. Esperem que aquesta localització privilegiada hagi facilitat la seva estada i que hagi aprofitat l'accés directe a les botigues i llocs d'interès de la zona.

Luxurious hotel, rich but repetitive breakfast. In the room the jacuzzi did not work and despite asking for it to be fixed they ignored it, the refrigerator did not work either. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean.
Location in the middle of a shopping street, own parking very ? expensive to hire.

Nos complace que haya disfrutado de la limpieza de nuestras instalaciones y la ubicación privilegiada del hotel en plena calle de tiendas, ofreciendo acceso directo a las mejores opciones de compra.

Sin embargo, lamentamos profundamente los inconvenientes que experimentó con el jacuzzi y la nevera en su habitación. Entendemos que situaciones como estas pueden afectar la comodidad de su estancia y le ofrecemos nuestras más sinceras disculpas. Además, respecto al costo del estacionamiento, nos esforzamos por ofrecer precios competitivos y lamentamos si no cumplió con sus expectativas. Además disponemos de otra opción más económica a 100 metros del Hotel.

No obstante, nos alegra que resalte la grandeza de nuestro hotel y esperamos que esto haya contribuido a una experiencia general positiva.
