Stay in March 2024.
Very nice apartment (E31) on the 3rd floor which gives a magnificent view of the Snow Park, lit in the evening until 9 p.m. for surfers of a very good level.
Comfortable apartment, well equipped, a beautiful bedroom with decent bedding, second bed with the sofa which is comfortable enough to sleep in.
Large living room which integrates the kitchen without separation, but it's the holidays!
The wifi works correctly.
A covered parking space is available at an additional cost as free spaces are rare...
Access to the slopes very close via Peretol (Snow Park and the hotel) and the small parking lot is free.
Only point of improvement: the toilets are in the bathroom... But I think it's like this all the time in Andorra ??

Very well located, easy to park (May), very friendly staff, large, clean apartment with 2 bathrooms, washing machine...

Excellent apartment, renovated and with everything you need. very clean The only negative is that the mattress is in a very bad condition

Incredible quality-price, we stayed for the Snowrow, the shuttle bus stop literally next door and it takes 5 minutes to get to the festival, if your intention is to go skiing, the same thing, next door

I went with my partner to spend just one night, everything seemed nice, very nice views, good facilities that seemed to be perfect but everything that glitters is unfortunately not gold...
I gave as a deposit, because they ask for €150, which at first seemed a bit expensive to me, until then everything was perfect. When I arrived in Barcelona, I asked for the deposit and they informed me that everything was ok and that they had not had a problem and that usually It takes an average of 6 days to complete the transaction, after those 6 days I call and they tell me that the leg of the bedside table is OFF and that they will not refund me, they send me the photos and everything... and from what you can see that the leg of the table is detached when we were there one night only to sleep and that table was used to leave phones, jewelry, etc. and in the photo you can see that the floor is mopped, everything picked up, etc. the table has logically been manipulated by I think that the cleaning people accidentally broke it but that is not the case, the fact is that through a photo it cannot be justified that I have broken the table. I don't know if I can explain that if they want they can sneak it in, I did. everything possible to declare that we have not misused the table but they did not understand it, be careful because at the client's expense they want to renew the furniture because it has become UNLOCKED due to the USE OF TIME or for whatever reason and that if in If I had broken it, I would have communicated it myself or previously arranged it so as not to pay those 150 euros.
Conclusion, be careful and if you want to go, make a video of how it is before and how you left it before because it seems that it is not the first time that it happens in this good hotel / apartment
