We've been staying here for three years in a row, but this time the experience hasn't been good. They gave us an apartment right next to a walkway, which is perfectly accessible from the street (and you can see the bedroom, bathroom, and living room), which doesn't make us feel safe, and they won't accept the change even though we requested it. Furthermore, there's a stain in the room that appears to be damp, a large spider and cobwebs were found upon arrival, and one of the living room lights doesn't work. It's a shame, because we've always been very happy so far.

Furthermore, they tell me that to change apartments, you have to pay an extra fee for "guaranteed assignment" and the cleaning of the apartment you're leaving, something I don't agree with because the conditions we found weren't adequate.

I will not stay at these apartments again. The mattress was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. I was given incorrect information, they charge €15 per night for rent when in the blue zone they charge €2 per night. The bathroom was very mouldy, the shower hose was bad, and the towel was dirty. I don't see the point in keeping €200 as a deposit and taking so long to return it. I didn't like this apartment at all, I'm sorry.

Unfortunately, I can't speak highly of this service. It took us about two hours to find the right apartment because the layout they provided wasn't well-designed. We called the number they gave us in the email, but no one answered to clarify. I booked a studio for a couple, and we found a single bed. The next day, it took us over an hour to find out where to leave the keys because they wouldn't answer the phone, and then, at reception, they asked for a €200 deposit in case there were any damages to the apartment. We were genuinely annoyed by all these issues, which had never happened to us before.

Excellent location. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.
The apartments need some maintenance but the cleanliness is good and the location is unbeatable.
Highly recommended. We will definitely be back

Pel que fa al manteniment dels apartaments, lamentem que no hagi estat completament satisfactori. La vostra opinió ens ajuda a millorar constantment els nostres serveis.

Very bad. Being two, we booked an apartment for five so we could have a room with a double bed and be comfortable, and we ended up with two children's single beds with an iron railing in between (the kind where one bed is stored underneath the other). When we went to reception to ask for a change, they told us it was impossible to change the apartment. The springs of one of the beds were digging into you. The second night we slept on the sofa bed in the living room, and the same thing happened. Plus, we could hear the elevator motor all night, and from early on we could hear the neighbors moving around in the stairs. We were also fortunate (totally ironic) to have a neighbor's dog, who didn't stop crying both nights. VERY BAD. We wanted a weekend to relax, and it was a nightmare. We are very disappointed with our stay and, of course, we will not use Pierre and Vacances again.

Le agradecemos sinceramente que haya compartido sus impresiones, lamentamos que su experiencia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas.

Entendemos su malestar al no encontrar el tipo de cama que esperaba en el apartamento. Según la descripción de nuestros alojamientos, algunos pisos para cinco personas pueden llevar camas individuales o camas nido y, a pesar de reservar una categoría específica, la composición puede variar según disponibilidad. Sentimos mucho que el descanso no le resultara agradable y que el sofá cama tampoco haya cumplido con sus necesidades de confort durante la estancia.

Respecto a la imposibilidad de cambiar de apartamento, queremos disculparnos por no haber podido proponerle otra alternativa en ese momento. Los cambios están sujetos a disponibilidad y, en ocasiones, nuestros recursos son limitados.

Lamentamos igualmente las molestias causadas tanto por los sonidos del ascensor y de otros huéspedes como por la presencia del animal de compañía en un apartamento vecino. Nuestro equipo revisa con atención estos detalles para procurar el bienestar de todos los visitantes, pero no siempre es posible evitar todas las situaciones ruidosas en ambientes compartidos.

Esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirle en otra ocasión para ofrecerle una estancia más grata.
