One of the best experiences I have ever had with the Pierre et Vacances group. A heavenly location and setting.

The pros (this will be clear soon enough...):
- The friendliness of the staff
- The location

The cons (this will be longer...)
- We paid more for a sea view. Sea view while standing; view of the pool fence while seated. It's a shame, I didn't plan on eating my meals standing up for 7 days... Not to mention the pretty path that everyone takes right in front of the terrace. A fence, a hedge, wouldn't have been a luxury. Mind you, it allowed me to see the back of my neighbor across the street when he went to the bathroom... So avoid the ground floor of building A...
- Relatively low maintenance with aging furniture. It's not unsanitary, but at the weekly price (€1,600), it's not up to scratch: badly damaged shower base, rinsed kitchen cabinets, violently creaking bed...
- Beds must be made upon arrival (again, at the cost of the service...)
- Reception opening hours and days during peak season are reduced to a minimum.
- A €70 tourist tax for two people for a week. Do the math... It's not Pierre et Vacances, it's the municipality, but it stings. I can't even imagine a family of four coming for two weeks (count around €280...)...

In short, a little dishonest about the "sea view"; the service doesn't live up to the price and the tourist tax is exorbitant... Profitability must be good for Pierre et Vacances...
