Magnificent residence, ideally located, just above a store and a pharmacy. On the edge of a small beach and close to transport (water bus) to reach Toulon in 20 minutes. All in a small village which has retained its charm and calm of yesteryear while very large cities are not far away. It is an ideal place to spend a superb vacation.

The supermarket at the bottom of the building, the proximity to means of transport, everything contributes to a very pleasant stay.

Very good location, very pleasant staff, super beautiful landscapes, we had a pleasant, quiet stay because we were outside school term.

the complex dates from the 70s, which is quite different from current residences. There's no point trying to fit an SUV into a box, it only holds a 4L instead.

The residence faces north: a plus in summer when it is hot.

the apartments have been renovated, they are very functional and very pleasant. Well equipped. you can cook there, and the filter hood is effective. No smell. The electric convertible sofa offers a 1.60 cm bed. And it's full of nice details.

The teams are smiling and helpful. It's nice. Well no one works on January 1st....

as for the location: on the seafront, with access to the shuttle to Toulon a 5' walk away, it's great. (€1 per shuttle trip). Facing the harbour. As for Saint Mandier, it remains a village. The omnipresence of military influence has greatly limited urbanization
