Tout d’abord, nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour concernant votre séjour à la résidence Héliotel Marine, Serge. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que l’entretien de nos installations n’ait pas été à la hauteur.

Il est important pour nous que chaque client profite pleinement de son séjour dans un cadre agréable et bien entretenu. Nous prenons donc très au sérieux vos impressions, l'entretien et la propreté de nos espaces étant des priorités. Nous veillons à ce que chaque logement soit préparé avec soin pour garantir un séjour des plus confortables.

Quant à la résidence Héliotel Marine, située à proximité de la mer et au cœur de Saint-Laurent-du-Var, elle est appréciée pour son cadre privilégié, ses jardins, et sa piscine. Nous mettons un point d’honneur à proposer un environnement qui permet à nos clients de profiter de moments de détente et de bien-être.

Nous espérons, ainsi, que vous avez pu profiter de ce que notre résidence offre ou que nous aurons la chance de vous accueillir de nouveau pour que vous puissiez en profiter pleinement.

Upon our arrival we ring the intercom and are given an access code for the external gate. At the hotel we were greeted hastily by the receptionist Silvia, who did not ask for our documents or other checks, made us pay the cleaning fee and took us to the room.

The bathroom was visibly dirty and smelly, especially the toilet, to the point of not using it except in cases of extreme necessity.

We also noticed the presence of cockroaches and cockroaches, but we decided not to complain, even though we also found large insects upon our return to the hotel in the evening.

On the second day we asked for the wi-fi password at reception, Silvia again told us that "it doesn't work in our room anyway". We insist, Silvia gives us a note with the password, reiterating that we don't need it anyway.

On Saturday 14 September, returning to the hotel at 10pm, we were unable to open the external gate, so we went to the rear entrance, but we learned that the access code had been changed, without any prior communication.

Checking the note that Silvia had given us we discover that the gate access code changes every Saturday and must be requested at reception.

Finally, after 40 minutes, we manage to enter while another hotel guest leaves. If we hadn't insisted on wi fi, we wouldn't even have had that information.

On Sunday 15th, before leaving, we informed Silvia of the inconveniences we had encountered, but the lady blamed us for the gate code in a very rude way, and then interrupted the conversation by going to the back, saying she had to work, when we asked to speak. with a superior. Finally, Mrs. Silvia reappears, filming us with her cell phone as if we were the ones to blame for the situation.
I have honestly never received such treatment in a hotel, only to have complained about the presence of a serious inconvenience, such as the presence of cockroaches.

I am very disappointed with the treatment I received and given the possibility, I would no longer ask for an exchange with my apartment in Venice.

Residence well located in residential area on the seafront with proximity to shops, restaurants and buses.
Young girl at reception very welcoming and very pleasant.
Ideal for visiting the region.
Unheated swimming pool but which has the merit of existing. Pleasant in case of high heat. Plenty of deckchairs but half are worn out.
Spacious apartment with air conditioning.
However unfortunately like a lot of stone and holiday residence not maintained and in need of a refresh.
Stained mattress, capricious hot water, terrace shutter held with a plastic clip, poorly insulated apartment, you can hear the neighbors' chairs.
But what bothered us the most was the table and 2 chairs on the terrace while the apartment was for 8, so we were not able to eat on the terrace, which in the south is prohibitive for us.
Despite everything, I recommend this place even if the price is clearly excessive.
Even geduld...
