Good-sized apartment, very bright with a large balcony terrace. The premises were clean. Living room with two benches. Kitchenette and sufficient kitchen utensils. Some furniture is aging, such as a mirror and sofa, but it still works. Consider replacing it. Parking is convenient in this urban setting. A nice bonus: the beautiful, pleasant pool close to the sea. Not too far from Cap 3000 or the center of Cagnes.
Overall, good value for money. The small cleaning kit is a welcome addition for short stays.

Nice residence to stay with family and even with a 2-year-old baby. The pool is very good with a small pool for children. However, in the accommodation, the walls were very dirty, especially the toilet walls! The bedding and towels were clean. The kitchenette was not too bad but there was no oven. Also, the wifi does not work well.

Quiet residence which could do with a bit of updating but very pleasant stay, swimming pool, sea 5 minutes walk away and not far from shops.

Friendly staff, quiet and pleasant location 200 m from the beach. Very good restaurants on the port of Saint Laurent du Var.. very well located, not far from Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monaco. Not forgetting the Italian border.. and Menton of course just before...
