Located just steps from the promenade, with parking included, and spacious apartments with balconies. The furniture is starting to show its age, but the value for money is excellent.

Conveniently located with excellent public transport links, eliminating the need to drive to Nice where parking is very expensive or impossible.
The staff is very helpful at all levels.
