A fairly well-located residence, but rather ghostly and very run-down.

We booked the apartment on Booking.com, and there was no indication that it was in a Pierre & Vacances residence. The residence is full of directly rented apartments with a lockbox, so there's no real welcome; you have to find one yourself.

The apartment itself is not clean and smells very musty!
Sheets and towels are not provided, despite the already high rental price.

Beautiful residence. Very friendly professionals. Very pleasant swimming pool and terrace. Just, the common areas need to be refreshed. Quiet and pleasant residence, the site lends itself well to it. Close to nature, 15 minutes walk from the city center.

A pleasant 3-night stay.
The reception staff were really attentive.
The accommodation was clean and well-equipped.
The only downside was no access to a parking space, even though it was included in the price of the stay.
Good location.
The whole place could do with some renovations (exteriors) to add character, especially in Le Touquet.
But we recommend it.

This is the third year that I have been going there with my family. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The indoor and warm pool is also very attentive. Thank you Pierre and Vacances.

At 7:00 a.m., you'll be loudly awakened by the loudspeakers of the neighboring horse show, which is currently holding competitions.

A huge, dilapidated building in dire need of renovation; the hallways smell of dog urine. The Wi-Fi doesn't work. I contacted the organizers about this, but they couldn't help me and referred me to an installer.
The TV in the room is 20 years old and only has French channels and no internet (Netflix).

In short: avoid.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre séjour ne se soit pas déroulé comme vous l’espériez. Ce type de désagrément ne reflète pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons faire vivre dans nos résidences, et nous prenons bonne note de vos remarques. Nous espérons malgré tout que vous avez pu profiter de la situation privilégiée de la résidence, au calme et entourée de nature, à deux pas du Touquet, ainsi que de sa piscine intérieure, idéale en toutes saisons.
