We spent two nights at this residence.

Its real strength is undoubtedly its exceptional location. The location is ideal, the view is absolutely magnificent, and the terrace offers a panorama that we will cherish for years to come. This is clearly what makes this accommodation so charming.

The welcome was also very pleasant, and we found everything we needed upon arrival (soap, cloths, etc.), which was much appreciated.

However, the accommodation seemed a bit cramped for four people. In our opinion, it's better suited to a couple, perhaps with a young child. For a short stay like ours, it's perfectly manageable, but for a longer vacation, the lack of space could become a problem.

The cleanliness was adequate, though not impeccable. Finally, the kitchen has the bare essentials, but it lacks a few utensils that would be useful for a longer stay.

Despite these few points for improvement, we leave with wonderful memories thanks to the exceptional beauty of the location. The view and location more than make up for the minor inconveniences. We recommend this residence, especially for a short stay.

The residence is very well located. It's 500 meters from the town center, shops, and beaches. Magnificent views of Collioure and the sea. Friendly staff. The option of extra parking is a definite plus. Top-notch! ?

I stayed at this residence for a week. It was great for getting to the city center. Our only complaint was that our apartment was on the ground floor, facing the main road, so we couldn't leave the windows open because it was too noisy. Otherwise, the location was fantastic. The staff was great. The pool was fantastic. I would definitely come back. But I won't book in advance to get an apartment without a street view.

A charming studio apartment rented facing the sea...a breathtaking view, a much-appreciated swimming pool, a solarium...and a prime location close to the heart of the city, its restaurants, and picturesque alleyways. We had a lovely stay (3 nights). The residence met all our expectations, with its welcome air conditioning and a beautiful sea view that we never tired of.

We received a warm welcome, and we would like to thank the hostess who demonstrated exceptional kindness and exemplary professionalism.

We appreciated the outdoor parking (for a reasonable extra charge), the swimming pool, and the immediate proximity to the town center.

The studio was very well laid out, and the bedding was comfortable for a family with two teenagers. The kitchen was functional.

We will gladly return soon.
