Pleasant residence and attentive staff

I contacted the residence before booking to inquire about the availability of an apartment with two twin beds and a baby kit (travel cot and changing mat) for the night of August 15th. The receptionist confirmed that this was possible, so I confirmed the reservation and paid €233.

Upon arrival, my daughter, her baby, and I unfortunately discovered that the apartment did not meet our requirements at all: instead of two twin beds, there was only one double bed (140 cm), and no baby kit was available.

I returned to reception to report the problem. I was told that there were no longer any apartments with twin beds available and that I could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. I was also informed that someone would come to set up the baby's cot. No apology was offered, which I found particularly disappointing.

This is the first time I've been disappointed by a Pierre & Vacances experience. What disappointed me most, beyond the booking error, was the lack of attentiveness and consideration at reception.

When you book and clearly specify your needs, especially when a baby is involved, you expect your confirmed requests to be respected. Unfortunately, I felt that the main priority was simply to assign us an available apartment, without taking into account what had been agreed upon during the booking process.

A very disappointing experience, which doesn't reflect the image of quality and professionalism I had previously associated with Pierre & Vacances.

Pleasant and well-maintained residence.

Ideally located just steps from the ocean. The town center of Le Pouliguen is easily accessible on foot. Other points of interest are also very easily accessible by car or bicycle.

Great! Except for the less comfortable bedding… but everything else was impeccable, thank you!!!

A professional and attentive team. Not to mention the location, which is incredible and very well situated.
