We stayed 6 days in an apartment in the residence with a beautiful view of the lagoon, beautiful apartment well arranged and quiet. We had half board the breakfast was plentiful varied and of good quality. The meals in the evening were excellent (again bravo to the kitchen team) the staff adorable while being professional. Beautiful swimming pool. We had a very good stay

I absolutely do not recommend this Pierre & Vacances resort.
The accommodations are not up to 4-star standards.
I have been a P&V customer for 5 years (this is my 8th booking).
I booked this resort for 2 adults and 2 children based on reviews and photos.
FYI: I paid €1,800 per week for accommodation only with a 30% discount through CE. For that price, you expect quality.
I thought I was staying in a 4-star resort surrounded by nature.
The reality is quite different.
To begin with, this is not a real P&V resort: it's a hotel that has a partnership with P&V.
However, this is not mentioned at any point on the P&V website.
The resort is therefore divided into several parts: the hotel on one side and the P&V accommodations on the other. The hotel itself is very beautiful, but the P&V accommodations are not.
The problem is that the club is built on a peninsula that is overbuilt (see photo 1) with several buildings and a huge, horrible parking lot in the middle.
It's a long way from the nature complex...

We got our first accommodation when we arrived, which was more than 200 meters from the club (see photo 2).
The room directly overlooks the parking lot (see photo 3).
On the other side, I was supposed to have a view of the lagoon: I saw bushes that hadn't been trimmed (see photo 4).
The air conditioning is only in one room, so the other room has the right to be hot?
The sofa bed in the living room is a disaster! A misshapen bed (photo 5) and a waffle-like mattress (photo 6).
We slept very badly and had back pain...
I remind you that we're supposed to be in a 4-star establishment!!!!

The establishment offered us another room in the same building, which we accepted.
We were a little closer to the main building, but still had the same problems: a view of the parking lot from the room, only one air conditioner, and a very uncomfortable sofa bed.

Also worth noting: the building where the rooms are located doesn't belong to the club. There are independent owners, tenants, and P&V apartments... is everything mixed up?

The buildings seem old and are very poorly soundproofed... you can hear the neighbors talking at night, flushing the toilet...

After three sleepless nights, we decided to leave the accommodation early.
So I lost four nights of my reservation.
After complaining to P&V and the hotel management, I was only entitled to a refund of €350, for a total loss of €1,000. I find it shameful to treat a long-time P&V customer like this.

I never normally leave reviews, but I wanted to prevent others from being disappointed like I was.

La résidence Les Bulles de Mer possèdent en effet une particularité : il s’agit d’un lieu où se mêlent différents types de séjours. C’est une configuration qui peut surprendre lorsque l’on s’attend à un site entièrement pensé comme un village Pierre & Vacances classique. Pourtant, ce mélange est aussi ce qui donne à la résidence son atmosphère vivante et singulière, avec un accès privilégié à la mer, un environnement préservé et une ambiance conviviale qui séduit de nombreux visiteurs.

Vos remarques sur le confort du logement, l’insonorisation ou encore la literie nous interpellent. Les équipes sur place sont habituellement reconnues pour leur sens du service et leur disponibilité, et nous regrettons sincèrement que les alternatives proposées n’aient pas pu répondre à vos attentes.

Même si votre expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce que vous espériez, nous espérons que le cadre, la presqu’île ouverte sur la Méditerranée, les espaces communs de l’hôtel, le calme environnant aura malgré tout pu offrir quelques instants agréables à vous et votre famille.

Votre fidélité nous tient à cœur et votre retour nous aide à identifier clairement les points d’amélioration pour l’avenir. Nous espérons que vous nous laisserez une nouvelle chance de vous accueillir dans de meilleures conditions.
