Quite a good impression!!!!

Very pleasant stay, lovely staff, very well organized bike rental, only the quality of the wifi seems imperfect but of no consequence
Afterwards we were in an off-peak period, summer must be more difficult especially for using the parking lot

3rd stay and still very good
I recommend 100%

Very spacious accommodation, ideally located (5-10 min walk to shops/restaurant), and good value for money (early April, I don't know the summer prices)

Residence well located in the heart of St Martin, very quiet, practical accommodation, but I would have liked an independent room, be careful with the wifi, does not work very well
