GREAT PLACE, GREAT WELCOME!
You have to be very difficult not to appreciate Les Terrasses du Parc. The place is ideally located in the park which you cross in 5 minutes to go to the sea. On the other side, luxury residences and a parking lot. Everything is bathed in absolute calm. The center with supermarket, restaurant and other shops also 5 minutes walk away. All the staff (the young girls at reception, the director and Mr David from maintenance) were adorable, always attentive, very helpful and responding sympathetically to our many questions and needs... A real pleasure. The building is clean and well designed, as is the accommodation, very good bedding, numerous new cupboards. Kitchen utensils and crockery in sufficient quantity for 6. Functional bathroom, the entrance to the shower is small and thus avoids soaking the floor, numerous towels... Despite the rain and the wind the patios were not not flooded. There was no cold, no humidity, silent radiators. We complained about the noise made by the ventilation in the kitchen between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and we were told how to reach it and turn it back on at our convenience. We were able to park our bikes in the underground parking lot and our car in the tour parking lot. The price of underground parking at the residence is chargeable but is less expensive than the parking meters located opposite (but they were free until April 1st so no problem parking)
We will return to this little wooded and protected corner in the center of the large motte.

Excellent location for this little corner of paradise. We spent Easter weekend there. We appreciated the kindness of the staff. The 6-bed apartment is spacious and very well furnished. We will come back.

Hello, we spent a few very pleasant and relaxing days thanks to our little pied-à-terre at the residence with our dog.
