A well-located residence, with a stunning view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez and pedestrian access to the beach.
As for the rest, our apartment (Les Dattiers 4115) was out of date!
I've never seen an apartment so dilapidated and so tiny considering the rate (€1,700 per week!!!!).
Peeling paint, rusty radiator, moldy shower curtain, broken air conditioning, decor in its 80s style.....!
The attic bedroom is a maximum of 1.20m high, the children's bedroom is even smaller (I call it a closet...)!
Very disappointed with Maeva, who seemed more serious than that.

Great
It's a shame there's no air conditioning in the apartments, but there is a fan.
There are no electric charging stations.
An outdoor charging station is 500m away.
Well located, with access to Les Prairies campsite in the evening. The beach is a 10-minute walk away! Great!

Clean and quiet residence.
No air conditioning, but we were warned and our apartment was quite cool, so it was of no use. A superb view. No noise in the evenings, quiet and pleasant.

Very good stay in Port Grimaud, residence close to the beaches and shops, friendly staff and pleasant swimming pool. Small downside: through the front door of our accommodation we could see the daylight which allowed a lot of noise from outside, which was also probably poorly insulated.

ATTENTION!!!! I had a long-term rental with Pierre et Vacances Port Grimaud from March to June and I still haven't been reimbursed for my deposit of €1,500! My inventory is blank and despite daily calls, no specific explanation from them! I'm forced to start legal proceedings for recovery! Avoid!
