Residence in line with premium expectations, to be recommended

5 stars for a 5 star. Very attentive staff, well-equipped and very clean residence. The view from the terrace makes you want to have an aperitif.

Top aquatic area.

It might be interesting, given the number of electric cars, to add a few charging stations.

We were very well received and informed about the residence's services and nearby activities.
The residence is very well located for beautiful hikes and very quiet, the bedding is very comfortable.
The gym as well as the sauna and hammam are very appreciable, it's a shame that the same is not true for the jacuzzi... Despite notices prohibiting access to children under 16, many parents confuse the jacuzzi with the paddling pool. ...
It's a shame that the staff doesn't intervene more often because I wasn't able to properly enjoy the jacuzzi.
Otherwise nothing to complain about this residence but if they could have lively evenings it would be perfect.

Very beautiful residence, with all the necessary comfort.
The resort is very family-friendly and well suited to children.

Correct room, well equipped.
Mold in the bathroom, bad bedding (mattress and pillow), we were on the third floor, we were overlooked, a passage right in front of the windows, no privacy and no curtains.
Pool a little cold.
No service offered for a 5 star hotel.
Small children's area half broken.
Close to the heart of the resort which offers plenty of activities.
