Today was our first day and a disappointment in every way. First, check-in time is 4:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, they tell us our room isn't ready yet and they give it to us at 4:30 PM. When we get to the room, it's filthy. It was disgusting to be there. To make matters worse, I look at the bed and the dirty mattress. I call reception and then go up, and they tell me the head housekeeper has already been notified and that I should come down and wait for the cleaning lady in the room. All this time, I've wasted a whole day waiting until 4:00 PM and waiting in my room for them to come and do something that should have been done before I arrived. When the cleaning lady finally arrives, she gives me a dirty look, and when I tell her the room is dirty, she asks me where? She told me to come and tell her (all this in a rather arrogant and condescending tone). I asked her to look at the hairs, and she said it was just three hairs. I told her it wasn't just three hairs and that the whole room was dirty. Her excuse was that the mop left those hairs, and she started arguing with me, saying that she thought the room was clean, that it wasn't dirty. The lady's treatment was humiliating. The dinner was just okay. Disappointed in every way.

I had a spectacular week with my brother at this great hotel. All the staff—reception, kitchen, cleaning, buffet—were exceptional.

And lastly, a special mention to Jennifer, the hotel's entertainment coordinator, who treated us wonderfully from the moment we arrived. She's a charming and approachable person—a 10 out of 10! And to the waiters Sergio, Dayana, and Carmen, always smiling and professional in their work.

We will definitely return to this hotel and enjoy everything it has to offer.

I spent a week with my brother at this fantastic hotel. The staff is wonderful, from the waiters and cooks to the receptionists and the entertainment team.

I want to give a special mention to Jennifer, the entertainment coordinator, who is a true professional and incredibly charming, and to waiters like Sergio, Dayana, and Carmen, who served us every day at the buffet and bar with such cheerfulness and professionalism that you never want to leave.

In short, we'll be back soon, as the experience exceeded our expectations.

I stayed in June 2026 and left with a very good overall experience, especially regarding the facilities. I'd say they're quite good, easily a 9/10. It's clear they've recently renovated the rooms, with paint and modernization that make them much more pleasant. The common areas are very nice: several terraces, a pool bar, a lounge for drinks, a soccer field, ping pong, and good sunbathing areas. In that sense, the hotel is very well-equipped and well-located, although it's not beachfront.

The staff is very friendly and approachable, although being quite young, they seem to do a bit of everything in different areas, which sometimes gives a feeling of disorganization.

On the downside, the food is generally quite poor, very much like catering. The grilled dishes are decent, but the desserts are the worst, quite bland and clearly mass-produced. The cocktails could also be improved; they're too sweet and generic brands, although the beer and soft drinks are perfectly adequate.

The opening hours are also somewhat restrictive: the pool closes early and dinner is quite early, which limits the overall experience.

In short, the hotel is very good in terms of facilities and service, but there's considerable room for improvement in the food and service.

Excellent value for money and very professional staff. A pleasant stay with a wide variety of meals and peaceful evenings. I will definitely return in another season. Highly recommended.
