Beautiful resort, nice and tidy cottages. Clean and well-maintained. We found a rental car useful due to the location.

Four people stayed for seven days. The apartment's interior is generally fine, but there are important aspects that need improvement: the pillows are deformed and lumpy, the mattresses are sunken and soft, and the sofa beds are very worn. In our case, the toilet cistern had a crack and leaked water, making noise at night, forcing us to turn off the water supply to sleep.

We paid for an upper terrace, which we couldn't access due to the poor condition of the exterior staircase. From day one, we requested a clothesline, which was never delivered.

The kitchen is well-equipped, although a microwave is missing. The outdoor areas (streets, sidewalks, pools, slides, and common areas) show a notable lack of maintenance and cleanliness: cracked sidewalks, poor general cleaning, and urgently need painting and repairs.

In short, the place has potential, but urgently needs improvements in both the interior furnishings and the maintenance of the common areas.

Dirty and rude. A real nightmare. Worst hotel ever. They ruined my vacation.

- 200 euro deposit at check in
- I pay for 4 but there are only two beds and a sofa. I go back to the reception and they tell me that I have to open the sofa myself, which is a sofa bed. I open it and the bed is ruined, with a horrible mattress. The next morning I tell them and they offer to give me another mattress, this time dirtier than the first. It doesn't solve the situation, but I accept it willingly since it's impossible to sleep without this second one.
- the towels are stained, I intercept the cleaning lady, since they only change them once every 4 days and she tells me annoyed that "some stains don't go away".
- I've been asking for the clothes horse for 5 days, every day they tell me that they'll write me down on a list and that they'll bring it to me tomorrow, not to come back to ask for it
- broken fridge handle
- hives of some animal on the outside walls of the house
- boogers on the bedroom wall
- bird droppings on the table on the porch, they don't even clean them on cleaning day
- only one bar of soap for 8 days for 4 people, they don't even change it on cleaning day
- the cleaning lady leaves me one of those little things with disposable dental floss in the room as a gift
- cockroaches, quite normal since people leave their garbage outside the door, on the floor
- at the reception they don't speak Spanish very well
- while I wait for the washing machine (it's not in the room, you have to take the car to a special place) and wait 40 minutes (+ 1 hour for the dryer, since there is no clothes horse available), I decide to have a cocktail at the bar and the bartender rudely tells me that he's about to close, either beer or refreshment. I didn't know it was closing but I didn't feel like drinking, so I leave, and he yells at me "no te enfades, niña" = don't get mad little girl.
I'm still speechless.

La caparra richiesta al check-in ha lo scopo di garantire il mantenimento degli standard delle strutture per tutti gli ospiti, e il rimborso avviene tempestivamente dopo i controlli di routine.

Il nostro team è sempre disponibile per assistere gli ospiti nella sistemazione dei letti supplementari e nel risolvere eventuali problematiche legate agli arredi.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, offriamo servizi aggiuntivi su richiesta direttamente alla reception, compreso il ricambio più frequente della biancheria.

Stiamo rivalutando i protocolli di comunicazione con lo staff per garantire un'assistenza più efficace e un'attenzione maggiore alle richieste specifiche degli ospiti.
Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente relativo alla disponibilità dello stendino e assicuriamo che stiamo implementando un sistema di tracciamento più efficiente per le richeste.

Speriamo di avere l'opportunità di accoglierla nuovamente per un'esperienza più consona ai nostri standard.

I went with my family (2 adults and 2 children), and today we were offered two types of accommodation: two-story or one-story. Two-story is recommended if you're going with 4 or more people. We stayed on the first floor, and they don't let you go up to the top terrace (although we did, hehe). The bad thing about this place is that it's always very windy (in other parts of the island, it's not as windy) and there's no microwave! I didn't understand this because there's a dishwasher, an oven, and air conditioning...how come there's no microwave? Of course, they rent it for €15.
