We want to thank the entire hotel team for making us feel so comfortable during our stay. From the fantastic entertainment team, always full of energy and friendliness, to the excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and the professional and friendly attention at reception. We're currently staying there. They're definitely not villas. The "villa" is a poorly maintained apartment with a very old kitchen and dilapidated furniture. The pool doesn't look like the photos. The slides and pool are poorly maintained, with loose stones and protruding parts near the stairs, making them dangerous for children. The slides are closed half the day, so you can only use them for an hour every now and then. There aren't enough sunbeds for the size of the resort, and those old sunbeds are reserved in the morning without supervision.

The gym is very outdated and doesn't have a treadmill or other cardio equipment. The poorly maintained roads make running or walking on the sidewalks virtually impossible.

The resort is remote, so definitely don't book without a car.

It's a shame the photos on tour operator websites differ so much from reality.

The reception staff are friendly, but they can't do much about the condition of the "resort."

Book something else; you'll regret it.

I tried an all-inclusive package holiday for my kids' sake, and my expectations were exceeded.
The loud and annoying guests, mostly of British descent, are a sociocultural challenge for people seeking peace and relaxation. All the clichés are more than fulfilled here. But that doesn't say anything about the accommodation.
The complex is located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by black lava pebbles. A hike to the "beach" is like preparing for a dystopian world after failing to achieve the 3-degree target in 50 years.
The complex, houses, and paths blend into the dead environment. All the paths are potholed, trippy, and rather unsuitable for flip-flops.
To get a lounger in the water park, you'd have to sit in the morning heat an hour before opening instead of sleeping in.
The water park is loud, completely overcrowded, and also in poor condition.
Even my kids found it too strenuous.
The only "quieter" pool has far too few loungers, umbrellas, or other shade, except for the non-functioning showers. The pool floor has several sharp cracks.
Room cleaning is done every 3 to 4 days and is in line with the rest of the hotel.
The food is surprisingly good, but unfortunately, the cutlery and dishes are extremely dirty.
And we're not picky about it, but our health is important to us.
Coffee, tea, water, and various juices all come from a few large mixer taps, unintentionally opening up a whole new world of taste.
Anyone who thinks they want to drown these impressions with alcohol should note that the all-inclusive drinks are mixed with the cheapest booze.
I'm all out... never again.
But the kids have fun.

PS: My poolside reading "The Subtle Art of Being on It..." teaches me that how I handle the situation is my responsibility. So, in the absence of a lounger, I just get up from the tiled floor and join my laughing kids with a crashing anchor....

The complex is aging and poorly maintained. When I left, a receptionist royally ignored me.
The cottage is old, there were a lot of cockroaches in the renovated bathroom, and it also sounded like a jackhammer. We finally found a solution: closing the leaking toilet flush (despite several complaints to reception, no solutions). The bedding is torn and worn, not to mention the sofa bed.
Outside, there's a table but two chairs for four people, flies, and the terrace lacks shade.
The towels and sheets have holes in them, and even the clean bathrobe had a suspicious stain...
The kitchen is simple with few utensils and a €25 microwave rental fee.
We had seen a recent theft on the reviews, so we rented the safe for €20, but it barely worked. The pool, on the plus side, all the slides worked, but they're damaged and there's a serious lack of maintenance. To get a deckchair, you have to be there when the pool opens. There's trash everywhere around the pool and the floor is sticky; sometimes even cups in the pool.
In short, I don't recommend this complex; it's far from the Pierre et Vacances standards we've been able to rent.

This is our third time here. If anyone writes anything negative, don't believe them. They're unhappy people or alcoholics who never like anything. They're always complaining. Safety is paramount here; the children are taken care of by the entertainment staff, other parents are understanding, and it's peaceful. Everything is as it should be. When you have a problem at home, someone shows up within 5 minutes to fix it, and the cottages are cleaned and well-maintained. Every evening, there's a different program that my whole family enjoys until midnight. We have a car and don't have a problem getting anywhere because it's cheap. There's also a shop on site; we have a washing machine in the room, bathrobes, shampoo, and hair conditioner, so we have everything we need for a two-week vacation. We're having a blast, and we won't say a bad word about this wonderful place. It breaks my heart that they're closing. I'll have wonderful memories.
