The beds are so hard! We slept very poorly during the entire stay. The kitchen is tiny and not at all practical, the living room small enough for 4 while the apartment is supposedly for 6. The terrace is difficult to access due to its offset position from the living room. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. Positive point: the view is magnificent (we paid extra for it). We may be on 5⭐ P&V but not 5⭐ hotel.

Excellent stay

We went to stay in Hélios with family for 1 week. The accommodation is well equipped, but rather far from activities (30 minutes walk). Parking costs an additional €28, otherwise you have to park in the free car park located 15 minutes' walk further down. A bracelet given on arrival allows you to benefit from free activities or with discounts, it was not bad, but the majority are often for rather small children. Only one elevator was in working order and only one washing machine also because it was broken… The indoor swimming pool is rather small and therefore noisy and children were present in the sauna and hamam, which is however not recommended or suitable to relax. The SPAR is overpriced, but allows you to help out. I advise you to do your shopping outside the station.
