The apartment is very comfortable with a nice view to the mountains. Its within walking distance of Courchevel 1850 downtown, and right next door to the entrance of a small shopping center that has a small super market. Parking is easy to access it from the back of the building, and its an underground parking with elevator that took us directly to the accommodation level.

The only downside of this accommodation is that the reception only works specific hours of the day, but they left the keys in a safe box and sent us instructions in advance because we did an online check-in, so I highly recommend doing the online check-in a couple days before.

We also didn't like the fact that we had to clean the kitchen, remove all the bed sheets, and take out the trash located all the way in the street, before checking out. It just feels like a lot of work before a check-out. They could at least have the option for us to pay for this and leave it for their cleaning staff.

Very good stay, perfect location, the apartment was good even the bathroom distribution is not really good.

This is our second winter visit. We were lucky enough to get a very large apartment with four bedrooms and a huge living area. The two spaces are well separated. If we had to mention one drawback, it would be that there's only one bathroom, a shower room with a toilet, and a separate toilet. But that didn't bother us (there were eight adults, maybe twelve, you just have to plan ahead). The rental prices are comparable to other resorts. The residence is very well located, just a few dozen meters from the slopes above the Forum shops.

The staff is very friendly (reception and maintenance). They're always smiling, helpful, and especially attentive. We had to change apartments after a week because the children were leaving and we were staying, and we were able to move from one to the other without any waiting. A card signed by the team and a chocolate bar (from "La Piste Noire," the Forum chocolate shop I highly recommend ?) for my son's birthday. And then, there's Courchevel with its well-maintained slopes.
