Good facilities. Acceptable service. Good location, close to the beach.
Aside from the positives, this is the first aparthotel where they've asked me for a €200 deposit. It's also the first where they force you to leave the kitchen clean under threat of a €30 fee, in addition to having to take out the trash. I didn't use the kitchen, but I'd have to trust that the previous tenant left it clean.

The staff was friendly, answered all our questions, and resolved any issues quickly. The apartments are fine: clean, with good views and a good location, plus they have a large terrace. The only complaint I have is that the beds are hard, but otherwise the apartment is decent. I would stay again, especially because of the bar next door and the pool, which was very nice, aside from what I mentioned before, but they should change the mattress or something because the beds are hard.

The reception staff is very friendly.

They offered us a larger apartment because there were four of us at no extra cost, but the air conditioning didn't work. ? We had a hard time because it was quite hot.

The beds are extremely hard.
The apartment only had towels for two people.

The balcony was beautiful, but it also had chairs for two people.

The pool is very nice. But I think it closes too early, as does the bar, which closes before 8:00 PM.

There is no restaurant for breakfast or dinner.

I would have liked the apartment better if it had a shower and the air conditioning worked.

The €200 deposit issue is a bit of a pain. You have to wait for them to check everything is okay before they return it. That makes me anxious. I've been to many hotels and apartments and they've never asked me for a deposit.

Charge us extra because the room we want is not ready, 2 single beds pushed together, with a crack every time we move, but otherwise the location is great

Nous regrettons cependant que la chambre n'ait pas répondu entièrement à vos attentes et nous comprenons que le confort des lits est essentiel pour un séjour agréable. Nous prenons note de vos remarques concernant les lits simples et nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments causés. De plus, nous sommes navrés pour la surcharge liée à une chambre non prête, et nous veillerons à ce que notre processus de préparation des chambres soit plus efficace.
