The apartment in general is good. It had two bathrooms, a balcony with space and a large table to eat at. The pool is good too.
However, the cleanliness and low maintenance is what we liked least. We saw a lot of dirt and neglect on the walls, sofa and cushion covers. There was also mold in the shower, the door handles were dirty... The kitchen was missing more utensils. And the pool had sticky edges and the water was not very clean.
Overall, with a deep clean and good maintenance, it would be great.

Regarding cleaning and hygiene, they should change employees. From hair and dog marks on bed sheets and blankets, stains on the sheets themselves and even worse was finding a live cockroach in the middle of a blanket that I went to complain about being dirty, which I complained to the accommodation reception. Location and space of 5-star accommodation, but horrible hygiene and service.

The apartment is very good, it is very spacious, very well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, close to the beach, in general everything is very good.

Resulta muy gratificante conocer por sus comentarios que hemos podido satisfacer sus expectativas y que ha disfrutado de estos días a nuestro lado.

Nos complace enormemente que su estancia en Pierre & Vacances Almería Roquetas De Mar haya sido tan satisfactoria.

Estamos encantados de que haya disfrutado de la amplitud y el buen equipamiento de nuestros apartamentos, así como de la proximidad a la playa, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra ubicación a solo 450 metros de la playa de Cerillos. Es maravilloso saber que nuestras habitaciones espaciosas fueron de su agrado y que estas, junto con nuestra cocina bien dotada, contribuyeron a una experiencia general muy positiva.

Nos encantará recibirle nuevamente muy pronto.

Old and worn apartments with bad smell, poor maintenance.

We spent 5 days as a family in an apartment for 8, and I think we got the best apartment. Very spacious, especially the terrace that would measure 20m in an L shape, with its sun loungers, chairs and table, on one side views of the beach and golf course and on the other to the golf course and plastic sea. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. Not far from the beach, but from the area with some atmosphere, especially if you go with 4 children. The large rooms, to put it another way, would put a tiny TV in the main room (I have a hard time sleeping). The fully equipped kitchen, even with a mini dishwasher that saved my vacation. There is a clothesline but no clothespins. And the entire apartment was perfectly equipped for 8 people, we did not lack anything.
The only thing that was a little weaker were the pools. The small one was sealed and the large one was quite small for the number of people. We went down at 3:00 p.m. and it was very comfortable. Of course, long bathing hours, from 10:00 to 20:00.
Without a doubt it is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Our stay was very short and of course I would return. But if I had apartment 76!! ??

Nos complace enormemente que haya tenido una experiencia tan positiva en Pierre & Vacances Almería Roquetas De Mar.

Estamos encantados de que haya disfrutado del amplio espacio de nuestro apartamento y de la cocina bien equipada, que incluye comodidades como un mini lavavajillas. Es estupendo que haya apreciado la terraza y las vistas que ofrecen una perspectiva única de la playa y el campo de golf.

Sin embargo, lamentamos que la distancia a la zona de ambiente y el tamaño de la piscina no hayan estado a la altura de sus expectativas. Aunque nuestras piscinas están abiertas en un horario amplio para comodidad de nuestros huéspedes, entendemos que puede ser un inconveniente durante momentos de mayor afluencia. Además, la piscina infantil estaba fuera de servicio temporalmente para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros visitantes más jóvenes.

Finalmente, nos alegra que la proximidad a la playa y el eficiente sistema de aire acondicionado en todo el apartamento hayan contribuido a una estancia confortable. Aunque no ofrecemos televisores en las habitaciones secundarias, esperamos que las comodidades disponibles hayan facilitado un descanso placentero.
