First floor is very good for someone my age, the welcome was very good and the services too (the rental price is a bit high because I only take one holiday a year; if the rates had been attractive I would have stayed in spring and summer).

I'll start with the good points. It's a very quiet and family-friendly area. The beach is close by, although we went by car because we were carrying a cooler, etc., since there's parking available.

We got a room with a golf course view, and it was actually quite nice. When we entered the apartment, it looked clean at first glance, but it didn't smell clean. The bathroom door wouldn't close; it stayed open. In the living room, there was only one sofa with stains, which we couldn't use if we wanted to relax for a while. We had to sit on a chair or go to bed, and the mattress was in bad condition (we couldn't sleep well). In the children's room, the curtains had huge stains, which I sprayed with disinfectant and rubbed a bit because my daughter didn't want to be there. At night, she got cold, so I took out some duvets that were there. They smelled terrible and were yellowed and stained, as were the towels they provided. We left a day early because we couldn't sleep there another night. It's a shame to spend good money for a pleasant vacation and not have basic cleaning services. We had read the reviews about the poor hygiene, but we gave it a Vote of confidence, the truth is that it did not meet our expectations.

We stayed for six days and honestly, we left with a very bad taste in our mouths... Dirty kitchen... smells of Arabic food and dog.
Very filthy floors... dirty and torn towels... stained sheets... A musty smell throughout the apartment... Bugs... The pool water was scalding hot due to poor maintenance and the filter was constantly recirculating, resulting in extremely high water temperatures... No shade at the pool and the common areas were very, very dirty... The location is very good, but €1500 for six nights and finding these huge problems... We certainly won't be back.

Lamentamos los problemas con la limpieza, olores y la temperatura del agua en la piscina, nuestra Recepción está abierta todos los días desde las 9:00 hasta las 23:00; esto para acudir tempestivamente ante cualquier necesidad.

100% recommended for its location, the comfort and spaciousness of the apartments, and the excellent service and attention we received. It's our first time in the area, and we will definitely return. The two-bedroom apartment is very well-equipped!

Nuestro equipo aprecia mucho que valore la atención y el trato recibidos, así como la comodidad y la amplitud de su apartamento. Nos alegra saber que el equipamiento estuvo a la altura de sus necesidades y que disfrutó especialmente de la localización, que permite explorar tanto la playa como los alrededores de Roquetas de Mar.
