The animators are very funny.

The rooms are fine, spacious, and clean.
Reception could improve their guest information significantly. It seems the staff doesn't even know where they work.
And as for the dining room and the food, it's pitiful and painful. Lines for everything because the vending machines are slow and limited for the hotel's volume. The food is lukewarm, and there are lines to refill trays. It doesn't matter if it's lunch or dinner, everything tastes the same and it's the same every day. And according to the hotel management, everything follows WHO recommendations. I laugh at those recommendations, considering the amount of sugar, masking sauces, etc. they give.
I would tell the Health Department to do an inspection and check from time to time.
