We stayed for 5 days and the pool was dirty and the water was too hot; it didn't cool you down at all. There were also too few elevators for such a large hotel.

The entertainment team is fantastic!
They organized my wife's birthday party, and we had a blast with the dancing and all the games they played. We'll be back!

We stayed two days at this hotel. The best thing about it was the bed, which was quite large and comfortable, and how cool it was inside. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was spacious. However, as soon as we arrived, we found several snotty bits stuck to the walls, which were generally quite dirty with black smears. Also, the sheets, which were supposed to be clean, had several blood stains, and we had to ask for new ones. The shower had mold around it. The pool is small for so many people, and the buffet should have more stations to spread the food out more because people were crowded together. The waiters were also quite overwhelmed, constantly running around. Another good point is that it's close to the promenade and the beach, and there are several restaurants nearby. I won't be returning. I've attached a photo of the blood and dried snot stuck to the walls, which is truly disgusting.

Everything was fantastic except for the beds; honestly, we had back pain from the first day. The all-inclusive was very good, and all the staff were very friendly.

The entertainment was fantastic. Especially Ana, Fatima, and Laura! Highly recommended. The waitstaff were all wonderful too, friendly and incredibly patient!
