We were there the first three days of August 2024 in PC. We were disappointed. It should have three stars. I agree with most of the criticisms. Condition, waits in the elevator, boring food in PC, repetitive, the pool overcrowded, (Italian teenagers doing internships in the dining room in August), ...We will get to know other hotels.

It is the first time that at 12:00 they threaten to call security if we do not leave the room.
When you go with children you are not always punctual, it was only 5 minutes. The lack of respect is incredible.
I will never return to this hotel in my life.

It's not bad, but it's not worthy of being considered 4 stars. It's a shame that you don't even have the right to 1 bottle of water with your meals, as it's a full-board option, so I don't want to go back to this hotel again.

The attention, the buffet and the horrible location.

Very friendly people. Everything very clean. Good service. It has been a nice experience... We will repeat it again. Brilliant.
