-Rooms: quite good, but the beds quite uncomfortable.
-Food: the buffet is very good and the fact that water is included is phenomenal.
-Animation: good, although perhaps we miss some children's animation
-Reception: good, friendly to the right degree -Facilities: good, although the heated pool was very cold, so we couldn't bring ourselves to go in any day.
-THE WORST: the elevators (3 small elevators only for a 10-story hotel) and the uncomfortable beds.
-THE BEST: the friendliness and kindness of the shop assistant and especially of Daniel Sorin, a waiter who is a 10, both in personal treatment and friendliness, kindness and efficiency in his work (you can tell who does his job out of obligation and who enjoys his job and makes life pleasant for his customers, as is the case with Daniel). Also noteworthy is the friendliness of the man who takes the free bus to the beach, who in addition to being a very useful service, he makes it pleasant and enjoyable.

Nos complace enormemente que haya disfrutado de la comida de nuestro buffet y del detalle de incluir el agua. Es fantástico que la amabilidad de nuestro personal, especialmente la del dependiente de la tienda y la de Daniel Sorin, haya contribuido a una experiencia más agradable y eficiente durante su estancia.

Sin embargo, lamentamos que las camas no hayan cumplido con sus expectativas de confort, ya que nuestro objetivo es proporcionar un descanso óptimo. Además, entendemos su decepción respecto a la temperatura de la piscina climatizada y tomamos nota de su observación sobre los ascensores para evaluar posibles mejoras. Sentimos cualquier inconveniente que esto haya podido ocasionarle.

Finalmente, nos alegra que el servicio de autobús gratuito hasta la playa y la simpatía del conductor hayan sido de su agrado, facilitando así un acceso cómodo y ameno a la costa. También es un placer saber que la atención recibida en recepción fue de su satisfacción.

I have had a horrible experience in this hotel, starting with the elevators that took a long time to arrive or never arrived and were also too small, there were 3 elevators and they arrived when they wanted or never arrived, or if there were more than 3 people you could not get off or on, then a very rude receptionist called Miranda, The soft drinks at the buffet are very expensive and they are also small and they run out quickly, The food was very repetitive, The breakfast coffees tasted only of water, they had a 1% coffee and 99% water, the public bathrooms at the reception and the pool are disgusting, everything is super dirty and disgusting with a bad smell, the entire floor is full of piss and the latches are broken. After the parking, on top of that you had to pay 15 euros each day for the parking and on top of that the broken trap, the pool and the room were the only things I liked, but the lifeguard is rude, when there were 11 minutes left before closing he said there were 5 minutes left and when there were 5 minutes left he said there were 2 minutes left because he really wanted to leave, at least the night shows, the room and the pool were the only good things.
