I am staying in the apartments and as soon as I arrived I knew things weren't going to be very good, because these apartments don't have a reception and you have to check in at the hotel on the corner, when I got there the girl who helped me wasn't very nice, but the worst came later, when we got there to the apartment, nothing is what it seems in the photos you see on the internet, the apartment is all neglected, the walls dirty, the curtains broken, the entrance door all dirty and peeling, the bathtub rusty, that if you are not careful you can even cut yourself, you don't have room service, cooking utensils you have 3 things no more, everything is minimal, they ask you for a deposit of 200 euros and then if you need something like for example an iron you have to leave a 20 euro deposit, come on here everything is money, on top of that I call reception to request an iron and they tell me go down to the hotel to get it and when my husband goes to get it they tell him that there is no iron available, come on here the organization is certainly not good either, it's a shame that If you come here to have a good time and find this, you really feel ripped off. I'm not one for posting reviews, much less bad ones, but this seemed absolutely disgraceful to me.

The truth is a disappointment from the moment you arrive until you leave. The doors don't work well, the cleaners don't even look out. To give you an iron it's a protocol and they never have the elevators. 3 for 32 floors and one works. The conic three things is what it has and on top of that you have to leave everything clean and tidy, if not, they will take away your deposit, so in short, it's not worth it. I WILL NOT RETURN. I leave one star because I have no other option.

At first glance, it looked good. The rooms were certainly spacious enough, the terrace was very large, and it was really cool. Until you start looking closely at the lights outside the bathroom, you don't think much cleaning is done outside; they quickly mop the floor. Downstairs, you see two people working at the reception and two at the bar, who have to run the whole place; there are far too few staff. The guy at the bar didn't know where to go from the bar to reception, and he had to do everything. And what was worst, in my opinion, was the pool. There were people smoking in the pool, their trash was all over the edges, cans, bottles, cigarette butts, in short, it was a filthy, filthy mess. We definitely won't be back. We stayed for four days and didn't see anyone to clean, let alone hang a fresh towel. Four nights for €530.

Pleasant room, although the roommates were noisy and played loud music in the morning.
Mainly English tourists.
They let glass into the pool, which I don't think is right.
The sink and bathtub had no plugs.
Pleasant and patient staff.

The room was average, the pool was good. What I did take away with me was a friendship with David from the bar, a lovely person who was always attentive to everything and made sure our stay was satisfactory.
