Ideally located for visiting the region, the residence is very well designed, including underground parking.

Quiet residence. Well located, 5 minutes from the city center. We took an apartment for 6 people to have 2 bedrooms. Space, well arranged with a beautiful terrace. Very nice indoor swimming pool.

We spent a week with family in a Duplex apartment for 6 people (2 bedrooms). We would have liked 3 real bedrooms rather than 2 bedrooms + 2 benches in the living room but this residence does not offer any. Apart from this point, everything else was perfect:
1/ ideal geographical location: 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Eguisheim while being quiet outside the town. Colmar supermarket 5-10 minutes by car. The main villages of the wine route are accessible in 20 minutes by car. Colmar 15 minutes by car.
2/ ease of parking: a numbered space in an underground car park, no hassle parking when you come home late!
3/ heated indoor swimming pool (the water could be warmer though) perfect for keeping the children busy on rainy mornings
4/ functional apartment, sufficient equipment in the kitchen (everything worked well, this is not always the case in P&V apartments), nice terrace for lunch outside in fine weather, very suitable bedding, 1 bathroom and 1 room of water.
5/ apartment clean on arrival
6/ very very calm! we slept very well. the accommodations appear well insulated.
7/ charming staff, games for children at reception, a very practical laundry (machine that accepts credit card): €5 for washing and €3 for drying.
I recommend this residence with my eyes closed!

Honestly, what a great week we had :) the residence is magnificent and in the style of other Alsatian buildings, the swimming pool is in a beautiful glass roof which heats it and warms the air as soon as there is a ray of sunshine! The village of Eguisheim right next door is magnificent and accessible on foot, so great luck :) there are tons of things to do in the surrounding area (during our week we visited Eguisheim and Colmar, went to Cigoland, Naturoparc and right next door to the little butterfly greenhouse, the monkey mountain and the eagle aviary, and do a workshop in a chocolate factory in Ribeauvillé on a rainy day). We haven't made any castles but obviously there are a lot of people around this place of residence. If I wanted to put a little downside, the beds are not ideal, the mattresses are soft, and the double beds are not very large (maybe 140?). So the nights weren't the best of our lives but the days were really great!

Very clean accommodation, nothing to say, you will find everything you need for a good stay.
A superb view to admire without moderation.
