Four-night stay as a couple.

The residence is well located and has underground parking.
The apartment has a terrace with a lovely view. Thankfully, because there's no air conditioning, let alone a fan. It's impossible to create a breeze as the bedroom overlooks the hallway, visible to all passersby.
The furniture is quite old and could use a refresh.
Hygiene leaves much to be desired. The dishes were dirty. There were stains on the sofas. To top it all off, my partner and I were eaten alive by mosquitoes, fleas, or bedbugs.... There's a supposedly secure door at the back, but it's not secure at all, as it opens without a code.

Ideally located for visiting the historic center of Eguisheim, and the residence itself is very pretty. However, it's best avoided in the summer during the heatwaves that unfortunately seem to be becoming more frequent. While we knew it wasn't air-conditioned, we didn't expect to be unable to ventilate properly due to the numerous mosquitoes that were eating us alive. The provided fan was louder than the vacuum cleaner; luckily, we had our own. Furthermore, there were numerous traces of dead mosquitoes on the walls and ceiling, and the towels provided were dusty under the bathroom sink. In short, we had to leave a day early because our nights were so difficult. We were disappointed.

Excellent stay in Eguisheim, pleasant welcome and surroundings.

The aparthotel is really good.
I don't give it a 5 because we had an incident when we arrived in the evening with the reception closed which made us wait 1h30min and had to call the operator

A magnificent, lush green residence, just steps from the village center. The pool is lovely, and the staff are very professional and friendly. We will gladly return to this beautiful village.
