Lovely apartments in a hotel with a fantastic location and a beautiful garden with a pool. The only downside was that there was only a fan in the apartment and no air conditioning. It was very hot when we were there. You can order breakfast bread at the reception and the town is so cozy.

A very good experience. The layout means there's no overlooking neighbors. Lovely view and quiet in the evening.

While the grounds could use a facelift and some improved security for the ground-floor terraces (enclosed terraces would definitely be a plus with young children), the staff should simply remain just as they are... a gem!

These people are fully committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. Even when a technical issue arises, they do everything they can to fix it as quickly as possible and even offer small gifts to apologize for the inconvenience. They are always there for you whenever you need them (thank you for the stroller!) and always with a wonderful smile. Don't change a thing, you are simply absolutely lovely!

We were in the ground floor apartment (number 15), which wasn't clean and wasn't suitable for 6 people with reduced mobility. It's a shame because it's a lovely residence. Apart from that, the young woman of color was very friendly. I would gladly return if I had the opportunity.

The residence is very well located right next to the village of Eiguisheim. The staff are very friendly and dedicated, which isn't easy during these periods of intense heat...
The swimming pool is very welcome for cooling off. One drawback, however, is that the whole site is a bit dated and could use a good cleaning (stairs, terraces, etc.).
