But that's not the worst, the treatment was horrible, Sunday the 26th at 8:04 in the afternoon we called the contact number we had since at that time the reception was already closed, to say that that night we would need to use the parking because They had broken a glass in our car and they told us that it was not possible because if they gave us the access codes to the parking lot, who assured them that we were not going to leave at 7 in the morning without paying for the night's parking.
We begged them to let us put the car in and reminded them that we had left €200 as a deposit that could be collected from there for the night's parking if according to them we could leave without paying. They told us that when a glass broke, what we had to do was call the tow truck and report the insurance, it was surreal...as if we didn't know how to act when a glass breaks, just point out that it was 8 o'clock in the morning. Sunday afternoon and it was not possible for us to find anywhere to fix a glass and much more so when you are more than 500 km from home... in short, a tremendous lack of respect and professionalism, deplorable customer treatment. Finally they hung up on us and didn't let us get in the car.
The next day we filed a complaint at the reception and the girl at the reception couldn't believe it and admitted that they wouldn't let us put the car in because the person who helped us basically didn't feel like it... a shame that this company has people like this class serving clients without being able to put himself in our place, we only asked to put the car in the parking lot and pay for it of course, he treated us like criminals, continually repeating that we had to have booked it in advance and that he couldn't give us access because we could leave without paying... unfortunate!
The car slept on the street without a window, taking unnecessary risks that the damage would be greater... it was so easy to attend to our needs that we cannot understand this regrettable treatment.

Hotel in a quiet area and close to several beaches and coves. Very nice atmosphere and staff. Breakfast is buffet and very good. And they allow pets.

A week of vacation in this hotel and nothing to complain about! The staff is attentive, friendly and speaks several languages. The rooms are very good, clean (cleaned every day), large and there is heating/air conditioning. The breakfast is a buffet with lots of choice and the manager is very helpful and kind.
The hotel is very convenient, next to several shops/restaurants and a bus is available to go to Port Aventura.
