We had a very bad experience during our stay. Staying on the 5th floor, we were subjected to the disrespect of young English and French people, resulting in not a single peaceful night. There were insults, etc. We reported this recurring situation to reception, but nothing was done. Apart from breakfast, we have no good memories. There was a severe lack of maintenance, a sewage smell in the room, and the air conditioning was dirty and leaking in the breakfast room. At the pool, people were consuming alcoholic drinks and food in the water, and glasses were floating on the surface, etc. We had to cut our stay short. We do not recommend it.

Puis, nous espérons que la proximité de la plage, à seulement 250 mètres de l’hôtel, vous a permis de profiter pleinement du littoral de Salou.

Great hotel, the staff are very pleasant and kind, it has a very good location and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with adjustable air conditioning and a balcony. It's true that it's a hotel frequented by young people and they can sometimes be disruptive, but the staff are understanding and know how to handle the situation. The stay was perfect.

Overall, a pretty good experience. A bit noisy at times, but bearable. I was a little disappointed with the housekeeping service. The sheets were changed for the first time after 5 nights, only after I complained to reception, who told me they're normally changed every 3 days. The same goes for the shower gel, which ran out after 4 days and was never replaced, even after I complained.
